Room was clean. Staff friendly!!!

Staff missed cleaning our room when requested. Recycling was not cleared away from kitchen counter a any time. Cans, bottles, used coffee pods were not taken out. No air conditioning in the bedrooms or fans.

Checkin - easy, friendly, efficient. Room - spacious and clean. Patio area m the back with lounger and picnic table. Looks to be updated recently with the exception of the cupboards. Bed is terrible unless you like sleeping on concrete, very very hard and ask for more pillows. Pool area is great! Lots of sun and loungers, well kept up and clean. Location - plenty of restaurants, grocery and shopping walking distance. Beaches are a few minutes walk away. Wifi - intermittent good. Challenging if you need to be connected for work.

Great short stay. Extremely clean room. Pool and hot tub were super clean and perfect temperature. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

We only spent one night here and it was an adequate stay. Clean, fairly quiet( except for air conditioner) and close to food and hospital. There was an indoor pool but we did not use it. I enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. This was nice to have a morning coffee and relax.

It was perfect location close to everything

Rooms are very spacious, kitchen was full size and well equipped. Pools and hot tubs were excellent and warm. Extra unexpected amenities were picnic tables, a balcony with chairs, and a BBQ area.

Really enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The hot tub chemicals were very strong so was unable to use it. Overall my stay was amazing.

We have been staying here for years as it is so handy to everything and every place we needed to go, despite the Kelowna traffic, plus it has great amenities, clean suites, and caring staff. I felt that the rates had gone up far too much for what you are getting, however.

Great location, close to many shops & the beach, nice amenities, well stocked kitchen.

Room was perfect for families with kids. Full kitchen was equipped and worked well. Entire space was big enough for kids to play.

Close to KGH if from out of town and have medical app'ts. Full kitchen which is nice.

The is a great place to stay. Pool, hot tub, indoor pool, free parking, near the beach, great stores across the street, kitchen and bedroom. Wonderful for the price!

It's not the Ritz Carlton, but super clean. Very affordable ,lots of restaurants near by.I was also surprised how quiet it was next to a busy street.The Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great location

The motel was packed but we had no problem parking close to our suite. There were kids playing outside but it was quiet in our room and very quiet at night. The walk score is excellent with there being multiple restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. My only two complaints were first, not enough blankets on beds and no spare blanket offered in room. Second, although there is a Keurig in the room, there was only 1 decaf puck and 1 regular pucks. We were in a room with 2 queen beds which meant potentially 4 coffee drinking adults. It was just my husband and I, but one of us had no regular coffee to drink. The last thing I wanted to have to do first thing in the morning was call or walk over to the office to request more. Overall stay was pleasant enough and would have no hesitation to stay again.

The hotel location is great. Basically 1960s style motel build around the pool. Lots of noise until pool closes at 10 pm. Towels and maid service are good. Room we were in was dated. Mattress wasn’t the best. Parking was tight for are pick up truck.
