Amazing property, smooth check in, nice suite.

We stayed at Siesta Suites for 5 nights while my partner played in a golf tournament. Overall, it was okay. We liked the location and the hot tub but had issues with the wifi. When booking, I had the impression that the rooms were more renovated than ours actually was. More details below. The location was great. Most places we went around Kelowna were within a 15 minute drive. Groceries, coffee and restaurants were a short walking distance. While we didn’t go to the beach, there were several access points close-by. We used the hotel’s hot tub most days and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the hours started at 9am so my partner couldn’t use it as part of his golf warm-up routine earlier in the morning. It was generally quiet. The pools were very spacious. I would caution business travellers against this location. The wifi connectivity was very poor and for this reason, we will look to stay elsewhere in Kelowna next visit. I had some work to do while away and had trouble connecting to my company’s VPN network on their wifi. Our room had a little backyard patio and I tried to sit outside while I watched some work training videos. The video kept freezing. It lagged too with a yoga video and even trying to view/download restaurant menus on my phone, so I kept my phone off their wifi. Although there were signs about non-smoking rooms, there were occasions when smoke smells wafted around our room from other areas of the property.

This is our favourite place to stay in Kelowna. It's an older property but they do a great job updating it and keeping it clean. The rooms are spacious, we had a 2 queen with kitchen. You can sit outside on the balcony for coffee, it's convenient to get anywhere, walking distance to the beach, and walking distance to all the shops you could need! We love it!

Decent hotel

The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. It was a great spot in the Pandosy neighborhood. Lots of food options just across the street. The room was everything I expected it to be. We didn't utilize the kitchen but it had all you would need. Hot tub was good. Pool looked good as well. Lots of families using it.

This is the cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time. The staff are wonderful. They do leave you alone to enjoy your vacation while keeping the place running perfectly.
