Loved the lake view room!

Th room reeked of Cigarette smoke and the walls were paper thin - could hear the person next door snoring. Location was nice and walkable.

The mattress was very dirty and unclean. It was 8:30pm and as far as we could tell, no one could help me and my child at this time as the office was closed and Expedia said no one answered the phone when they called. We had to book somewhere else due to it being so late but when I emailed them photos of the debris in the mattress and when Expedia called for a refund, the denied the refund.

The stairs are a death trap, hardly any parking. Great place for a drug den. Would not recommend this for The faint of heart or kids

Tired hotel and rooms..which is a shame as it has great location.

The office was closed and no staff to ask for more towels and assistance with tv was not working. I beleive some staff shoild be there at all times

Stay was good. The instructions for self check in were slightly unclear, and the email never came through with the code for our room, nor instructions, so I had to get a contact when I arrived at the building. It was slightly inconvenient as we were there for a conference, and we had other places to be, so tracking down the property managers was a bit difficult but not impossible. Also, the door locking mechanism wasn't great and it felt fairly easy our room could have been broken in to, and it wasn't always lock or unlocking. I think they really need to be replaced. Mattress was comfortable, shower pressure was really great. The coffee machine was not emptied of old coffee grinds, so that was a little icky to deal with. And I feel the suite could use an overall wipe down as it was quite dusty and dirty to the touch. Overall the stay was good and fairly quiet.

When we arrived at the motel, the office was closed. There was no answer when I called the contact number posted on the office door. Finally, I went to the Motel website and called the number listed and a lady answered. She was very helpful from that point on. We managed to check in and out with no further issues. There were also some sort of bugs in the room. They looked somewhat like small earwigs but they were something else. I found a few on the floor and in the tub. Otherwise the room was well stocked and clean.

I was surprised that the building not not updated It was a first for us not to have an open office for check in . Being on lake shore I thought it was going to be better then a budget motel .My mistake

Our stay was great…better than imagined…very impressed with space and order along with cleanliness. ..would definitely consider this place again in the future..

Large quiet rooms. Passcodes for door was wonderful. Walkable to many great restaurants

I liked the location next to the beach for that price.

I tried for days to talk to a human about accessibility problems, as directed by Expedia. Then we were given a room on the ground floor, thankfully. However, there was blood spatters all over the bathroom and dirt and hair on the floors. No one was ever in the office. The AI prompted text messages were annoying and no one responded to my replies. The bed sagged in the middle. I guess it's true you get what you pay for.
