Very cute room in a heritage house, very quiet! Beautiful location on the songhees walkway with easy access to downtown. My booking came with a free beer and chocolate flight at Spinnakers restaurant which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend!

An old Victorian house remodelled into a 5 room guesthouse with original fir floors and woodwork. We were in the smallest of the rooms - room 4. A bit tight quarters but fine for our 1 night stay. It had a double bed whose mattress needed replacing - for 1 person it liked be fine but for 2 - the 2nd person kept rolling into the center. We told the new manager and he was great about accepting the feedback. Great staff, a pub/restaurant on site, we’d stay again but in a bigger room with hopefully a better mattress.

Lots of space. Extremely quiet location.
Only had giant duvets so we were too hot. And there was something in the bathroom that was humming all night.
Otherwise a nice large place with lots of sunlight. Would happily go back.

Our room was a very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The tub was jetted and the shower was amazing!! Heritage house room 5 had a sweet balcony too which was a nice enjoyable addition. The extra free treats provided were an added bonus for our stay: flight of spinnakers beer, delectable chocolates and discount coupon for breakfast. The brewers breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for a relaxing weekend getaway.
