Nice location and helpful staff. Nice amenities but some minor issues: steam room door was broken.. causing issues keeping the heat in the room. Also our room AC didn't work well. Room continuously felt warm despite increasing the fan and decreasing the temp.

Hotel was in good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an executive suite that had almost everything we needed. There were a couple of negatives. If you have anything but a small car you will have problems parking in their very small underground parking spaces. Pool and hot tub were not in operation. Housekeeping was a little lax, conditioner container was empty in the shower and no soap at the bathroom sink. The friendly staff and nicely appointed suite did make up for the negatives

This was a great hotel and we will stay here again. We booked the 1 bedroom suite in room 431 and it had everything we needed - extra space, storage, kitchen, comfy couch you could stretch out on, and two separate balconies. When we got the room cleaned, they did a thorough job and we were impressed! We were able to walk or bike everywhere, so we parked the truck in the underground parking garage and only took it out once! I will say, an F150 is the biggest rig I would attempt to park down there.. All the staff were super nice, and the complimentary bike storage was a nice perk. Thanks Summit for making our week memorable!

We were disappointed with our checkout experience. We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on our door, and we had already informed the front desk that we would be checking out at noon. Despite this, the housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on our door starting around 10:39 a.m. The first time, I explained that the front desk had already been notified of our noon checkout. Unfortunately, this was not respected, and the staff member continued to knock on our door several times, repeatedly telling us that we needed to check out. In addition, while vacuuming the hallway, the housekeeping staff repeatedly bumped or hit our door from the outside, creating additional noise and disturbance. Between the constant knocking and the noise outside our room, it felt like we were being pressured to leave before our agreed checkout time. We would have appreciated better communication between the front desk and housekeeping, as well as respect for the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the checkout arrangement that had already been confirmed

OMG, The room was so nice, the kitchenette enabled us to make our dinners and breakfasts. The staff were so nice when we had an issue with our car, so helpful. The hotel is so close to the center of Whistler Village! And the view of the forest park was so nice from our patio. We will not stay at any other hotel when we visit Whistler!
