The view from the 1st floor deluxe room was spectacular. The only thing i would say that is a "negative" is how close all the rooms are to each other and you could see into the next room if you stepped out to enjoy the deck. Aside from that, highly recommend.

$20 Amenity Fee for the “free” parking, “courtesy” shuttle, “free” hot tub….?? Terrible coffee! Would it hurt to have a single serve machine with some decent brand of coffee? Had to call to get the lamp in the room replaced and the tv remote. If the towels was stained with what looked like blood. Room keys were deactivated before checkout time! Aside from a Smart TV, really nothing special about this property. Wouldn’t book there again.

Fantastic customer service with a beautiful view and unexpected bonus of the hotel essentially doubling as an Indigenous artist gallery- a great stay! I hadn’t anticipated there wasn’t a microwave in the suite but everything else was top notch, with amazing view and service as well as ground coffee and a French press for the morning. Would have stayed longer!!

Such a great location and view from our patio. Very cute design if the rooms and shared space. Loved the refillable water station and tea offered in the lobby. The e-bike amenity was amazing- so great to take into town and see the town center and lakes surrounding. Hot tub was great as well. Loved that we could stream whatever we wanted to the tv as well. Very quiet hotel. Ac/heat well controlled

I have stayed in this hotel and as always staff are helpful and friendly. Since the hotel is a few minutes away from downtown, shuttle is needed. The shuttle service is limited and the time available is very limited. They only service between 10am to 6pm and very often not available since I think only 1 shuttle is available. Other than the limited service, the place has nice views even if the structure is little dated. Snd the staff are helpful and friendly.

Spectacular views from our room and loved the separation from town but easy access to all major roads. Staff were great and the food was excellent, but the pillows and bed in the room weren’t the most comfortable. Mountain view hot tub was pretty sweet too!

The location for this hotel is excellent! So close to downtown banff without feeling like you are in the hustle and bustle. You feel secluded in the trees but have an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved using the Ebikes. A highlight of the trip. The lighting in the rooms is very poor. I hard a really hard time seeing to read with the little side table tamps. There was only a small ceiling light by the door. The rooms are a little cramped but well cleaned. There is no elevator for second floor rooms but those have the best views. They set out fed tea a lot, but we often wished they had a water option available more than just the mornings.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.”

I loved the solitude & being surrounded by wilderness while also being so close to all the shops. I was disappointed that the hot tub was the temperature of a tepid bath & only lasted 5 minutes before having to get out & restart it. I was a little put off by a big yellow stain on my white bedding. We never got to try the bistro because it was closed for a private wedding the night we arrived. The prices were are too high & not really a food selection. No complimentary breakfast included. There are no ice or vending machines so you have to request from the staff & wait for them to deliver ice. The first night, we never received our ice. The surroundings are beautiful, the staff is amazing & I would recommend if you don't mind driving to get food. We went into town everyday anyway or we bought food for our room. We just didn't have a microwave for reheating.
