Location OK, but on busy main street which was quite noisy all through the night. On arrival it was a very cold, stormy day & night on Good Friday weekend. Outdoor temp was 0 degrees C. Room was not preheated before my arrival, so it was only 12 C indoors. Had to set the thermostat to 32 C & wear my coat for 5 hours while room & bed heated up to a reasonable 23C. Lack of electric light on exterior stairs to second floor is a safety hazard. Aluminum storm door unable to be latched securely so it banged in wind. Hard surface floor. Linen/towels were clean & new. Bathroom was clean. Mattress was good condition and firm. Could have used another blanket. Some mold around caulking of tub. AC wall unit had air gaps around edges that should be sealed to prevent drafts. Working microwave & good internet connection. Dining room was OK, but menu served entirely South Asian food. Went elsewhere for supper. Self serve cold style breakfast was adequate, but dispenser provided really dark & unappealing syrupy "apple" juice. Front desk staff seemed unsure of check in/check out procedures & how to explain to guest. They required a refundable cc deposit to "cover incidentals" (really a security deposit) & made me wait until they inspected the room before I left. Nothing special at this "motor inn" facility. Owners should invest in cosmetic & maintenance upgrades to make rooms more appealing. Expedia price was OK at $79 plus tax. Would use again if nothing else available in area.

Stayed at this motel last night and it was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was poor — the bathroom tub was dirty, and even the tap screw was loose. On top of that, there was constant noise coming from the AC, which sounded like mice and made it hard to sleep. The next morning breakfast was even worse. There was no juice in the machine, and the coffee was cold and tasted old. Overall, not a pleasant stay at all. Definitely would not come back.

Need renovation in property bad smell everywhere

Strongly not recommended. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The hotel is dirty, the hallways are poorly maintained, and the outside smells strongly of urine. The staff are rude and unprofessional. The room had a strong smell of spices coming from the restaurant, which was unbearable, especially since I have allergies. The receptionist even showed me a room that was completely uninhabitable. I asked for a refund due to my situation, but it was refused. I lost my money and had to urgently move to another hotel because it was impossible to stay there. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Rats could be heard in the walls, room was not clean, telephone did not work, staff unhelpful

The building is pretty "tired".

For a $100 a night it was fine. Had a second floor room facing the street. Lots of road noise. Lamp receptical did not work, shower head was splitt. Rather large repair patch not painted on wall. Staff where friendly.

Horrible not a place to stay the filth mouse chewed sugar packs, dirty cup and stir stick still in a coffee cup in the purculator. Human fieces in pool along with soiled underwear i will stop there but could go on !

Stayed with my partner prior to him having surgery scheduled for the next day. Given a 2nd floor room (up 15 stairs) because the elevator was out of service. Room was filthy, toilet in bathroom very dirty. Because reservation was for 2 nights put in a request for a ground floor room. This was granted and room was cleaner but the guest directly above stomped around in what could only have been steel toed boots from 10pm to 1am. Never went to a breakfast area so cannot comment, but overall opinion is that this hotel is extremely run down. Between the unclean hallways and rooms combined with noise of the main road I would never stay here again. I will note that the staff were very good when asked to change rooms and were able to provide a replacement charge cord when mine broke.

This property is awful and unsanitary. Im not sure how the health department hasn't gotten word about them. The pictures are old as hell, at least 12 years, everything in them pictures is fake. Do not book here.

People was smoking to close to building and in the stair way and leaving there cigarette in the stair..they was not even 9 m of the building very close to my room

Smelly and not up-kept Stinky hallway, saw swastika on hallway door. Taps leaking, grout in shower all moldy . Should be inspected for bugs

Neutral, its a good place and staff. They Just need to improve place.

Staff didnt look happy to work there, firat room given was a smoke room, horrible. We asked for another one and got two queen bed instead of a king as booked. Hairs and pubic hairs found in the bathroom towels and around the sink. The room above us was waking us very early in the morning as if a family with kids were living there. Outside stairs slippery, not cleaned and dangerous. Scary area. Not recommended.

When I got into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke and there was ashes on the lamp beside the bed a open ketchup packet in the drawer that was wide open when I walked in behind the bathroom door there was open and used amenities just on the floor as well as a tag from clothing it was like they didn’t clean the room other than making the bed

The lobby smelled, elevator was broken, pool was in disrepair, outer door broken, scanner pads broken, dead bolts snapped, room dirty, mouse droppings, garbage on the floor, driveway absolutely no salt or sand, bedding dirty. Staff just said there are no cleaners.

The bathtub had mold all around the caulking, however the rest of th room as clean. We did not eat any of the complementary breakfast as we went in and the restaurant was dirty... empty creamers and sugar pacakages next to the coffee machine, tables where all dirty and the cereal and other stuff was hidden so fare in the corner that you could not see it.

The bathtub had black stuff all around it.The phone didn't work. We couldn't use the ramp as there was ice and snow on it. And the noise upstairs was unreal.. And there was no Continental breakfast..
