Good and clean hotel. easy to be reached from broad view TTC station and connected by 100A bus. The reception is friendly and very helpful. It's a nice experience to stay in this hotel for my family

The Staff are excellent.. Breakfast has a super selection however, not complimentary. The hotel is dated but super comfortable. A/C is super noisy and need to check before accepting the room.. the pool is nice BUT steam room and Sauna are only available in each Mens & womens change rooms.. one or the other ? So couples of opposite sex can not sauna together.. Easy 25 min access to downtown by car or Uber ( $17 ) .. recommend if you check the above.. our double King deluxe room was super spacious & had a empty bar fridge to keep snacks cold.. no Microwave though ..

Only 1 elevator goes to parking had to send others up and hope the one we need opens Rooms are falling apart wall paper peeling off the walls holes in the carpet had to get keys reprogrammed multiple times because it would come close to a phone or electronic device and would not work anymore staff hated their job we were bothering them to reprogram keys :(

Rooms were clean but in need of upgrades like new caulk in bathroom etc. lots of Parking but not all parking is conveniently located to entrances. Would stay there again

Convient, that’s what this hotel offers but that’s about it. Room 473 is full of ants. They come from under the walls. The whole place is just barely surface clean - things are just dirty. We did notify staff but sadly after reading the review comments from earlier and seeing not much change, it leads me to believe that this property just doesn’t care too much. Being old and outdated is one thing but it doesn’t have to be dirty.

The hotel restaurant food was delicious. We ordered different things on the menu, They were all delicious. The heated floors were amazing. The rooms were very clean.

The room is very clean. Staff are very friendly. The check in and check out process is super fast. No more than 3 minutes top. It’s in a great quiet neighborhood which I love and there’s a mall 10 mins away by driving. They have a parking lot that’s extra pay though. The only thing that is bad is the WiFi connection is not the best. It would keep going on and off randomly. There is a gym, store and restaurant in the lobby. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. I’ve stayed there 3 times already. I know I will be staying there again if I’m ever back in Toronto

There was no parking available near hotel. Had to park in the underground parking at the building adjacent to hotel. Parking was under construction so vehicle was very dirty with construction dust.
