I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean at all—the bathtub was clogged with hair, which was completely disgusting and unacceptable. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. While the staff was friendly, the valet service was extremely slow. We waited far too long to get our car. On top of that, the beds were not very comfortable, which made it hard to rest properly. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I will not be returning.

Front desk representative: April 16, on duty Asian Gentleman very impolite: 1. No smell while greeting guess 2. Impolite and inappropriate answer to guess. My friend ask him about the breakfast arrangement his answer was “I already told her ( the writer) it is on the 6th floor “ 3. Breakfast : big disappointment, we were in Marriott Niagara Falls Hotel and Spa for two nights before coming to her. Detail I leave the dining department manager to fine out. Same hotel brand what a different, what a disappointment coming to your hotel for breakfast. I should have safe those money even going to McDonald’s is better than yours! 4. Food Safe is not fully enforced, milk products, soy milks should fully submerge in ice not sitting on ice. Temperature control was failed. I am considering to report to health department. I will attach a photo on the next page. Helpful staff: 1. Same evening Front desk on duty staff a lady very helpful, big smell.

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns about my recent stay, which fell far below acceptable standards and raised significant safety issues. Several outlets in the room were not working, preventing us from charging essential devices. A shelf in the bathroom also broke during our stay, reflecting poor maintenance and creating an inconvenience. More concerning, we were trapped in an elevator for approximately five minutes. When we attempted to use the emergency phone for assistance, no one responded. This is a major safety failure and completely unacceptable. Additionally, the phones in our room were not functioning, leaving us without a reliable way to contact hotel staff. These issues are not minor inconveniences—they demonstrate a lack of proper maintenance and an alarming failure to ensure guest safety. This experience did not meet even basic expectations for a hotel. Given the severity of these problems, I expect appropriate compensation. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how this situation will be addressed.
