Great hotel, nice modern rooms and clean. Great location to walk to main tourist parts. Stayed for 3 nights but only had trash removed once. Also window was jammed slightly open in my room which made the noise outside quite loud.

What a cute spot! The room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. Close to waterfront, great restaurants and coffee nearby. It’s a bit loud due to age of building and location, but that didnt bother me a bit. Would 100% stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here for one night while in town. It's a beautiful hotel. The old building has so much character and the whole place is so tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious. The big windows let in tons of light. Beds were comfy with great pillow options. We appreciated the mini fridge and plenty of glasswear for coffee and other drinks. It's a short walk to Gastown and very convenient if you're taking the train from the airport. Staff were always super friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, cozy, and in a great location—close to everything in the city and within walking distance of coffee shops and local restaurants. Lucky we could walk to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre after the lengthy harrowing ride up from Whidbey Island and enjoy the Italian restaurant adjoining this boutique hotel too! Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Chef and wait staff at Locanda dell’Orso were 5*****!
