The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

I put a note of 4, not 5… Because I stopped twice at this hôtel during my stay. First time was excellent, I met the manager. Second time 5 days after, was ok… Spa need some improvement and clean the steam room… the hot tub was not working… and may be change the girl there, slamming doors while you are trying to relax. A little disappointed about that…

We had a great stay at AWA. It's location is 25 outside of Puerto Varas, you need a car to go and explore more. However once in the hotel, it's has everything. You don't need to leave! Great restaurant, facilities and high end comfort with the impeccable design of the hotel. Rooms are incredible in size and views. All overlook the lake and stunning Volcano. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of all inclusive with the mini bar. Paying good money and drinks/ food are well priced. Overall - amazing stay and highly recommend!
