La gente es muy amable y el desayuno es muy completo. Todo muy limpio, las condiciones del lugar es lo que es medio deplorable. Las paredes de la habitación sucias, algunas con mancha de humedad. El piso levantandose.

This bed and breakfast is old small mansion in Viña del Mar that has been converted into a hotel. Location is a healthy hike to downtown but inexpensive minibuses pass by every 5-10 minutes. Bathroom needs updating but good value for the price.

My stay was wonderful..the room was very comfortable and very clean...breakfast every morning very good. Antonella the lady in charge, A really nice person, very able all time to help everybody....great location, very close to beach and Downtown...definitely I recommend this amazing place and I will return....

I am perplexed by the people giving this place 5 stars. The woman who runs the place is lovely and helpful. If you have a car (I didn't) the free gated parking would be a big plus. Breakfast is good, typical for small hotels, but no hot offerings.
But the rooms are extremely cramped, and could use some paint and some updating. The shower is so small as to be nearly unusable. And the walls between rooms offer little soundproofing. Heat is from a floor plug in heater. Is there A/C? I didn't see any.
The price is good, the neighborhood is fine, and it is about 7 blocks to the beach. If you love "charming, old" B&Bs, you might like this. If you are more used to hotels, book a hotel instead.

I ended up staying here for a couple extra nights. Very quaint. Bed was comfortable and I had lots of extra space in my room. The lady that works here is very sweet and even though she didn’t speak English she figured it out.
The area is nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good time at the Mediterraneo. The ladies spoke little English and I spoke little Spanish but we communicated through an IPad. Everyone was sweet and helpful and the place was spotless. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but filling. A nice experience.

Beautifully kept and comfortable and well priced, so easy to overlook inconveniences such as windows that don't open and no power adaptors. Probably best to have rudimentary Spanish to communicate. Fabulous breakfast.
