La gente es muy amable y el desayuno es muy completo. Todo muy limpio, las condiciones del lugar es lo que es medio deplorable. Las paredes de la habitación sucias, algunas con mancha de humedad. El piso levantandose.

Property is mis represented on the Expedia website. We absolutely could NOT stay at this place. Not clean. Very poor facilities.

Rooms were dirty. Floor was creaky. Barren area all around the main building.

Nice place easy to check in. Was able to park rental car. Parking can be an issue in Chile.

This bed and breakfast is old small mansion in Viña del Mar that has been converted into a hotel. Location is a healthy hike to downtown but inexpensive minibuses pass by every 5-10 minutes. Bathroom needs updating but good value for the price.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early from our flight to Santiago and they took our bags while we explored the city. The breakfast was simple but nice and the rooms were big.

Great location. Close to beach and to other nearby restaurants and shopping.

A wonderful quiet escape in Viña Del Mar in a heritage estate home.

My stay was wonderful..the room was very comfortable and very clean...breakfast every morning very good. Antonella the lady in charge, A really nice person, very able all time to help everybody....great location, very close to beach and Downtown...definitely I recommend this amazing place and I will return....

I am perplexed by the people giving this place 5 stars. The woman who runs the place is lovely and helpful. If you have a car (I didn't) the free gated parking would be a big plus. Breakfast is good, typical for small hotels, but no hot offerings. But the rooms are extremely cramped, and could use some paint and some updating. The shower is so small as to be nearly unusable. And the walls between rooms offer little soundproofing. Heat is from a floor plug in heater. Is there A/C? I didn't see any. The price is good, the neighborhood is fine, and it is about 7 blocks to the beach. If you love "charming, old" B&Bs, you might like this. If you are more used to hotels, book a hotel instead.

We loved staying here! The staff was amazing and the breakfast everyday was the perfect start to our day. It was in the perfect location in down town Viña. Right in the middle of EVERYTHING! Would recommend to any one!

I ended up staying here for a couple extra nights. Very quaint. Bed was comfortable and I had lots of extra space in my room. The lady that works here is very sweet and even though she didn’t speak English she figured it out. The area is nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good time at the Mediterraneo. The ladies spoke little English and I spoke little Spanish but we communicated through an IPad. Everyone was sweet and helpful and the place was spotless. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but filling. A nice experience.

Beautifully kept and comfortable and well priced, so easy to overlook inconveniences such as windows that don't open and no power adaptors. Probably best to have rudimentary Spanish to communicate. Fabulous breakfast.
