Breakfast area was wonderful, staff and service was impeccable. Appreciate the wonderful hospitality.

We love the cleanliness and location. Room was spacious and clean, with amenities topped up adequately. When enquired on time needed for transportation to airport, the counter staff even made arrangement for our luggage to be sent to counter earlier. Thumbs up.

The room is clean and spacious. Excellent location as it’s next to a mall. There are many dining options around the hotel within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and friendly. During my stay (room 1606), I’ve mistakenly threw something into the trash bin. I approached the 阿姨 who was still cleaning other rooms on the same floor and she managed to retrieve it for me. Really appreciate it. Didn’t manage to get her name but thank you very much.

This property had a great address away from the main touristy Beijing Lu, and is next to a modern mall. The staff was excellent. We looked forward to breakfast due to the warm service from one of its senior staff in black, a lady with short hair. She is the kind of staff companies must promote and retain. Basically this property was awesome in most areas, unfortunately its beds were TERRIBLE. The mattresses are soft and sinking. We made a reservation for 8 nights and suffered throughout. On the 3rd night I ended up sleeping on the floor with a duvet for some coverage. The staff even had housekeeping literally put a wooden board to increase the firmness! The next day the staff arranged for a change in the room. Bed was very slightly better in the sense that ok, now we can attempt to sleep at the periphery which is firmer. The duty manager offered another change the following day but we had lost faith that it will be better and wouldn't be worth yet another loss of half a day wasted packing, unpacking, and moving to another room with the same type of deconditioned mattresses. Since the hotel failed in its most basic function of providing good sleep, I'm rating it a 1 star.

Great hotel with great service

Love this hotel! I stay here every time coming to Guangzhou. There are lots of restaurants around the area, and food qualities were good. Breakfast buffet is excellent and I particularly like its lounge where I can have quick dinner.

We had room with view on Canton Tower and bath tub place next to the window. Great views, great location, great hotel and unbeatable price. Hotel breakfast was good, lobby connected to shopping mall, where we discovered good restaurant on the 4th floor I believe with small terrace serving American cuisine, they always give you warm bread before meal. We can also recommend restaurants Oggi (Italian), Black Bamboo that is on the same square, walking distance from hotel but we always taxi there, 5 min. We definitely stay in Conrad next time,
