We had room with view on Canton Tower and bath tub place next to the window. Great views, great location, great hotel and unbeatable price.
Hotel breakfast was good, lobby connected to shopping mall, where we discovered good restaurant on the 4th floor I believe with small terrace serving American cuisine, they always give you warm bread before meal.
We can also recommend restaurants Oggi (Italian), Black Bamboo that is on the same square, walking distance from hotel but we always taxi there, 5 min.
We definitely stay in Conrad next time,

Very disappointing customer service. We arrived early and were informed that we couldn’t check in until 3pm, or pay for an extra day. Even though we could have check-in in 3 hours, they insisted on making us pay for a FULL DAY, then charged for three breakfasts. Really poor service.

We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we received such a warm welcome from Winnie, the staff in executive lounge. Truly a wonderful experience!
