Excellent hotel, good location!

Absolutely perfect stay.

En general todo super bien. Pudiera ser si incluyeran más variedad de fruta en el desayuno, estaría más que bien. Pero no tengo queja alguna. Mil gracias !!! ☺️

Clean rooms friendly staff

Rooms are in desperate need of an update. Very old, worn out. However they ARE clean, just old.

Location easy to find, go anywhere is easy too. Staff and house keeper are so nice, room is clean and good sized.

5 Stars Hotel

The staff was great, room and bathroom was very clean. We stay just one night, and they help with everything we ask. View for the room was amazing.

Good and spacious room.

The room was hot and suffocating. We were told by the staff that the central A/C was turned off for no apparent reason. We had to talk to the staff manning the Hilton Honor to get our room changed to a different floor. It was a little cooler at 23-24 Celsius but no A/C. We can't imagine how people tolerate the hot room temperature. We had dinner for 3 nights at the restaurant inside the hotel. The wait staff at the restaurant does not understand English to answer our questions about the food items on the menu as a menu item was mis-translated from Chinese to English, which caused us to send the food back. The overall experience at the Double Tree in Shanghai was no comparison to the ones in the U.S. where we stayed at various cities. It was disappointing.

The hotel surroundings and the room were exceptionally clean, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location also worked very well for my needs.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious and very clean. Didn’t have time for breakfast unfortunately. Located about a 30-40 min drive to Pudong airport. Would definitely stay again.
