Really love the room and appreciate the hotel for investing in a bidet. Full mark for facilities and room comfort!

Overall we had a positive experience. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bedding and the king size bed. Great bathroom with shower and a bathtub.
However the room was dated. Old furnishing with marks of tear and wear and in need of updating.
The western breakfast is monotonous and lacking in flavours. No option for oat milk and pastries are mediocre. Some very sweet cereal and bread with cold cuts was the daily offer. The chinese breakfast had more variety and only reoccurred every 3 days.

The building and location are very convenient. But some services related to my room and my stay were very poor. Just give it a few examples: the toilet flushing was very weak and resulted terrible smell all day long . The smart seat water spray for cleaning wasn't able to warm up. Hot tub was very old with few chips. Air conditioner didn’t work properly every where in the building especially in gym rooms, it was so hot there up to 27 C while outside temperature was 31C. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our week in Beijing. Staff were always ready to help - nothing was too much. Bed was very comfortable and the pillow was so good it had me literally dreaming of ordering one to bring back to NZ! We would stay here again if back in Beijing - such good value for what it cost us.

In hotel in generaly very cold in sauna was 19C, go for dinner very cold. Everywhere, floors in breakfast terible condition. I would never ranked this hotel as 5 star. Not worth for money they charged.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Beijing. The facilites were top notch and the staff was very helpful. I really liked that they had room service for after hours and I had the best massage at the spa. I'll definitely stay here again if I return Beijing.
