I didn’t like that the bellboy never give us the right information, we ask for a 24 hours massage, and twice we gave home the name but he sent us to a location that he is working with I guess, but other than that everything was excellent

We purchased items online and was sent to the concerige and did not accept the items twice even address and name are stated properly!!! Calling the reception at about 11pm no one answer the calls! Till we have to go down to the reception in person! WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAVE!!!!

The property is luxurious but dated. The gym is great but for children the pool is not fun - set up for lap swimming not play. Coffee in the room is hugely disappointing- sachets of instant coffee and creamer rather than a proper machine. Our TV was also faulty. Not a terrible stay, but not the high-end experience I was expecting.

our rooms are clean, spacious and bright. even the bathroom is huge! and i love the little walk-in wardrobe! never had one in a hotel before, what a pleasant surprise :) the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping our rooms clean too. love our stay. will be back to Shangrila Futian if we visit SZ again.
