We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Jinan and were impressed by the property location and conditions. The room was very lovely and clean. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance from Black Tiger Springs. Our room had beautiful views of Jinan’s main city square park Quancheng Plaza. Mr. Xu at the front desk was super attentive and nice, and went out of his way to make sure we get all the help we needed. Yifan Wang and Ricky Wang at the concierge were also very helpful and pleasant. We would happily stay here again next time in Jinan.

We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Jinan and were impressed by the property location and conditions. The room was very lovely and clean. Excellent location. Has commanding view over a large plaza, which is just next to Jinan's famous Baotu Spring. Great hotel with excellent service and physical facilities.

The location and service is great. There is a square nearby and the hotel sent fruits to the room . But the room itself is not that good as there was smell in the room I stayed (which was said being a non-smoking room).

4 stars and not 5 because staff is still in need of much training. Excellent property for location, cleanliness (it's brand new), and the room as well appointed. Good breakfast, but overpriced (By Chinese standards).

service de chambre irréprochable, une très belle piscine, sauna et Hammam fonctionnels.
le buffet de repas et de petit déjeuner est amazing !
Sans oublier un emplacement parfait pour accéder à pied à de nombreux sites touristiques.
