We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

Location was good as the Hotel is part of a entertainment complex which includes a shopping mall and cinema. Room is reasonably clean. Wish the TV was HD quality ! This would have made the stay all the more perfect! There should also be more information available in the room about day trips to cultural sites in different languages and how to go about booking them.

The room floor carpet was extremely dirty with hair and dirt. The bedroom slipper stuck with hair shortly after stepped in. The water tap was not functioning well. The kettle and tap were rusty. The toilet bowl stuck. Towels looked greyish and yellowish. It is definitely not an internationally accredited 5stars hotel. It should be considered a better one in China standard. The service was average and the breakfast spread did not change at all - can skip it.

I selected to stay in Wanda because it was relatively new. Unfortunately to poor standard of housekeeping and maintenance spoilt the stay. The daily housekeeping service is poor. I don't get properly replenishment of toiletries and towels, neither did they wah the used cups. I see shoe mark on my pillow and the carpet is not vacuumed. On maintenance, the floor surface in the shower box is badly eroded, the washing basin has cracked and there is a hole on the wall at the entrance. There was also an incident when the water supply was cut while my wife was having a shower.

Booked the Wanda Realm due to it's location close to a conference facility. I appreciated the price and was upgraded to a suite which was very welcome. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but the room was very well appointed and clean. Internet was decently fast.
