BRIK Apartment Hotel

Alisha prepared the room to an excellent standard both before and during my stay, thanks very much. The room has all the amenities I needed for a 15 day holiday, everything is modern and of course typically of Danish design which is very much to my liking. 5 mins from the metro, 10 minutes to the lufthavn and also the city. 10 minutes on foot to the beach or 1 stop on the metro and 5 minutes walk. The apartment is also situated near several supermarkets, restaurants and bars making it ideal to either cook at home or eat out. Simple entry with a keycode, no nfc or smartphone internet nonsense to open the doors. There's 24 hour help by phone, I never needed it but it's nice to know it's there just in case. I'll be staying here next time i visit København, there's no need to look elsewhere.

Check in was a breeze… once our code was texted to us. There is no physical check in desk, you get emailed the door code and room number as well as WiFi password and check out instructions. They indicated that our check-in information was sent to us prior, but it was never received either via personal email or Orbitz app. But that was all solved because they had personally texted me to prepare for my check-in several hours before I was scheduled to arrive. That’s probably the only thing that prevented us from freezing out in the cold. I’m glad they have great communication because that was very important. Our room was great, temperature was perfect, and access was super easy. Now that I know the procedure there, I will definitely book again! It’s a short 8 minute walk to the train/ food options and located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you guys for a great stay!

Great for families!

Apartment was really clean, in a great location perfect for a family- it was quiet , safe & near a metro station & a bike shop near by and we hired bikes & cycled easily around Copenhagen.

This was a great place for our family of six to stay for our first visit to Copenhagen. The location was quiet, close to public transportation, and a store so we could buy groceries to save on eating three meals out each day. Contactless checkin was easy and any questions were answered promptly via text. We also had use of luggage storage after checkout to continue exploring until our departing flight in the evening. Would recommend for families.

The location was quite good. About 400m from meteo station and a playground. Quite a few cafes, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. I'm aware they don't avertise a/c in apartment but unless you leave windows open all day and it doesn't rain, it can get quite stuffy and warm for some. A small tower fan is provided but doesn't help cool much. I've had issues with 1 neighbor on same floor who would stink up our floor with either vaping or Marijuana smells and complained the 1st night. I'm not sure what security did but didn't seem to solve the issue as 3 nights in a row until they checked out, i would smell either of the 2 things. Which isn't ideal for people with sensitivity to smells or being with younger children. While the kitchen had a lot of amenities included, stove top and oven, it lacks a microwave, a toaster and kettle to boil water. Also, our apartment had an odd configuration with a big post right up against the kitchen counter area which is a bad spot and gives less counter space to chop and make a meal. Also, on every floor and even the apartment going to the bathroom, there is a small step which is a tripping hazard. The hallway ones are dangerous and not visible with different color to see it easily. Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were way too soft. We each had 2 pillows and would sink right through. Neighborhood was quite quiet and we felt safe. Any issues, customet was available 24/7 via chat. They were amazing help.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a visit inabd around Copenhagen.. Excellent stay and customer service was top class with instant response through mail and calls..it was as good as real time chat..very prompt to any kind of queries right from booking until the checkout like luggage locker facility, taxi contacts etc .. grocery shops are within 5 min walk and Metro/ Bus connectivity is too good within 7 min walk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who requires apartment with kitchen.. Only point to note is no lift facility if you are carrying heavy baggage or stroller but that's not a big deal .. Not so close to tourist attractions but near public transportation (~6min walking), market and restaurants nearby. Comfort could be better, specially the extra bed, but the room is good and bathroom too. Would recommend!

Brick hotel is a great stay. We felt it very convenient, the walk to the metro is about 5 minutes away. They accommodated us with everything I needed for our family with 3 little kids. There is a really nice big grocery store similar to target a couple blocks down. The apartment has a modern tv and good WiFi. The property manager was very kind and helpful.

One of the best stays . Location is easybto find . Communication is super strong . They revert you within minutes . Everything was good.

I would recommend a one page information sheet with walking, bus, train routes/schedules to tourist highlights; good restaurants in area

Updated interior and in a good location near airport and metro station. Apartment has washer and dryer, a small kitchen, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. There is no elevator.

I was prepared to give a good review because the apartment is very nice and clean. I was willing to overlook that since it’s on the first floor, I could not open windows nor blinds as the window faced the street. I would have overlooked the constant noises at night of people coming back to the apartment or the fact that’s it’s next door to a daycare (very noisy starting at 7:00 am. What I will not overlook is what happened yesterday. I came back to the apartment at 15:30 to find the door to my apartment wide open!! This door gives to the outside and anyone passing by could have come inside and steal my computers and things. Not sure how long the door stayed opened but this is unacceptable! I had to cancel an appointment at 16:30 because I’m not sure when the maid will come back. She said she did not open maybe maintenance. I checked with the hotel and they said no one from their staff opened the door. This is very disconcerting as I’m not sure who opened my door. Suffice it to say, I did not sleep much last night. Everything was fine till this incident

Parking is a problem sometimes on the street it is only 3 hours and you have to move your car or change the dash clock (weird European idea windshield clock) No lift so if you have big or heavy luggage it is hard. Things to improve: - no spoon dispensers in kitchen - no napkins or paper towel - no ventilation in bathroom - no glass door in shower so be careful water might get to the floor - the living room sofa bed was not comfortable and make noises when sleeping Good things: - clean towels in all three rooms -clean and comfortable pillows and sheets in all rooms -newly renovated apartment so feels so fresh and clean - not far from places 15 mins drive to downtown very easy access to beach and area around - very friendly and helpful when call or message to the reception

This was a really adorable hotel. The space itself was really cute and I also loved the area as it was away from the main tourist section, so you just felt like you were in a cute city / town, without the insane hustle and bustle. If you walk around, you find a lot of cute restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yoga classes, etc… in the area…and some nice jogging routes. With all that said, 3 stops on the nearby metro, and you are in the heart of everything. The washer was an extreme plus for me since I usually do laundries every night :) The staff was very responsive to all my questions as well. Lovely stay.

The room was fully stocked with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The blankets were thick and warm which came in handy because the nights were a little chilly.
