City Hotel Nebo

Did not have any issue.

Hotel is in a good enough location. And staff were generally pleasant. But the floorboards in rooms 204 were uneven and noisy.

I was on my own so booked a single room but the bed was tiny and I felt as if I was going to fall out if it. The main problem was the noise. I was on tge 3rd floor but there was no sound insulation from the street and the late night noise was sufficient to keep me awake even after a number of beers. The internal sound insulation was equally poor. Quite simply for all the good points, lovely helpful staff, clean and a reasonable location go elsewhere.

Good budget option 2 minutes from central station

Room is very noisy with street noise, esp at night. Room is facing directly to public bathroom so there’s noise constantly from the hallway. Carpet looks old, dirty and smelly. There’s no ramp from entrance to the lobby, need to bring up suitcases on stairs. There’s no storage room for luggage if you check in early or want to leave luggage after check out.

Room was exactly as expected: small, but enough room for one person for an overnight. Everything worked and was clean. Great option for a quick budget stop in very, very central Copenhagen.

just two steps from the central train station. Great for a CPH stopover.

The hotel was convenient for travel from the airport and metro.

Staff were nice and helpful and for a holiday wheee i planned to be out in the city most the time it did me good The only thing to know is the toilets arent in the rooms but in the hall on each floor

Our room is very clean and has daily service . It was spacious for three people, and as we were on the fourth floor there was a lift access. The staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. There is a continental breakfast and enough to chose from. The hotel is a minute walk from the main train station and very central and in the heart of Copenhagen. We all enjoyed our stay and should we return we would definitely book again Hotel Nebo.

Hotel was fine. Luckily we were only 1 flight up as the elevator was disabled for our whole stay,

Polite and helpful check in staff. We opted to pay the $20 to check in an hour early, as the luggage room was just a closet in the lobby. We booked a room with no bathroom and would suggest that others DO NOT do this. Usually it is fine for us, but the bathrooms werent very well kept. Shower shoes required for showering. Only 2 toilets per floor, expect a line in the morning. NO airconditioning or fans, but it was a good temperature for leaving the window open in September. Unfortunately, even with a courtyard room, it was sometimes hard to sleep. At 10pm, 3am, and 6am, the resturaunt below VERY, VERY loudly takes out their trash. They drag the bin and slam it over and over, it was almost comical. Beds squeek and arent very comfortable, but not the worst. The room size wasnt huge but not small either - sink in room is a plus. The hotel does have laundry technically, it has 1 machine. They removed a toilet in the bathroom and added a washer and dryer. You are given 2 hours to use the room if you pay $15 USD. The washer takes 1 hour 38 minutes (cannot open mid way) and the dryer takes 1 hour 8 minutes - these are on the settings that the hotel requires (delicate). Im not sure if this is an oversight or tneir attempt to get more money out of you.

The price reflects the property. Small but clean room and bathroom. Thin walls so you’ll hear the neighbours.
