Brilliant customer service at breakfast. Danny was amazin with kids. Hotel is close to station and bus stop and majority exersions . Has a kids play area. Rooms are big and clean. Highly recommended

This hotel is in a great location and has everything you need for a great stay in CPH. A special thank you to Danny who really goes out of his way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. He is a great asset to your business and brand. He even dresses up as a unicorn to entertain the kids at breakfast, now that’s loyalty! Very reasonably priced too and fab breakfast, well done Scandic.

Wonderful property to consider if you’re traveling to Copenhagen. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to Copenhagen central station and metro lines that makes commuting to the sights around the city easier. The property has terrific breakfast buffet. The food was great from the eggs, oatmeals, pastries, and fruits. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Staff is very nice. Location is very convenient to Stroget shopping and bus stops. Beautiful view and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and dining area was big enough. Only con is needs a little updatigg ng for the rooms. A little dark but overall good stay.

We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed!
Views were amazing from our room.
Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own!
Suggest to go there early as it does get busy!
Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery!
Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!!
Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines.
Will definitely be returning.

The hotel has the potential to be great however they don’t pay attention to details.
The hotel was not very clean. Our room was dirty! The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too small and soft that it felt that we were sleeping to the floor and not to a bed. Family room without a minibar and no amenities except of the minimum (shower gel & shampoo).
We realised that the check-in pattern was that you were asked to upgrade with an extra fee. Otherwise lower quality rooms.
Shame because the location is excellent, the breakfast was great, the kids zone very handy and overall a good place. However for the money we pay the room was not good. So no value for money!

Its location is great. On the other hand the hotel could improve by offering a fresh or same-morning breakfast menu, and by offering a menu that be changed every other day or so. I recently stayed for 9 nights at the Scandic Copenhagen hotel, and the breakfast menu never changed.

Nice experience for a budget hotel. No issues. Very family friendly. I would recommend to anybody traveling with children. Good location near the central station and Tivoli Gardens. Staff did a nice job.

Our stay at Scandic Copenhagen was really positive. The location was ideal for sightseeing and using public transportation— it is one block from a metro station and 3 from the main railway station which also is where the train from the airport goes.
The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast one of the best spreads I’ve ever seen. It was a great start to our days.
Staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!

Just had a lovely stay at the scandic Copenhagen. We stayed in a junior suite with out 2.5 year old and really good size. Big cot for little one and bed was comfortable. Staff are friendly and breakfast was good. Get down to breakfast before 8.30 for a good selection.10 min walk to Tivoli and central station.
Only slight issue is the shower is a little weak and if you want to save your bags once you check out you need to pay for a locker.
