The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast with many options. Lovely decor based on a theatre theme with cosy seating areas and bar. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with many fine restaurants, cafes and an award winning shopping mall. Metro is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen!

The cleaning around the hotel was not up to a high standard. It is an eco hotel. So you have to request cleaning, which is fine, but the floor wasn’t vacuumed either in the room or the hallways, which made it feel a little neglected. Overall a good stay and very convenient for the metro.

We enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was, all in all, a decent choice. We arrived early, and with check-in time not until 1600, peftvour bags for free in their luggage room. Not just one, but two different reception staff said to come back around 1400, when our room would be ready. At 1400, we returned and our room was ready. However, we were ahead to pay 200 DKK to check in before 1600! Why had this not been mentioned earlier?! The room was well decorated. It did not have any air conditioning, and because it faced west, it was over 33⁰C in the late afternoon. We eventually got a fan, which simply blew the hot air around. Here's a tip - ask for an easy facing room! Breakfast was extra, but it was very good with great choices. Good location, next to the Metro. Overall, decent but not spectacular.

Overall nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff in reception. Rooms were clean and nice size. Lacking kettle to make tea. Bathroom not great . It was very small and had a small bathtub which was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly or other people with difficulties moving easily.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location, with easy access to the metro, a shopping mall, and plenty of dining options. The breakfast was superb, and we would be happy to return in the future.

Very friendly, attentive staff, modern facilities and great breakfast options. The hotel is in a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the metro station and a few stops from all major attractions. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants as well. Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel with great design. The only downside was our shower drainage, that was clogged and every time for showering the floor would be flooded. Even when I put towels on the floor. The room service was upon request which they would change the towels and tidy up the beds but no vacuuming . We had a toddler so it could have been nice to have a cleaner room.

The hotel was lovely. We had a suite which i am pleased we did as it gave us much more room and to have a sofa was nice. Having 2 bathrooms was great. 2 showers and a bath. Easy to get to transport anywhere. Would stay again
