Lovely clean rooms, staff very warm and welcoming. Staff are very aware of guests needs. You can get spare towels etc from the front desk. Great breakfast and good eveming menu for the hungry traveller. Nice bar area open 24hrs. We had a very comfortable stay and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Bath. Will defintely stay again.

Rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. All staff were outstanding, polite and nothing to much trouble. Although the breakfast was adequate the lack of eggs and flavour did let it down .

Good staff who were helpful and thoughtful (brought the dog to a hotel for the first time and they understood the dogs needs) and for the price it was overall a good experience

Good basic hotel. Decent fully cooked breakfast and staff managed well given how busy it was. Pre comms was confusing and contradictory, parking going up from £17.50 to £50 for 24 hours which is crazy when the room was only £91. Staff friendliness was mixed and the sofa bed wasn’t made up on arrival despite a pre email and phone call. Overall a decent stay thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception, a credit to you. Our rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast, even for the vegan in our group. Would happily stay here again 🙂

Room was ok although there was a funny smell in the shower room. Im a cleaner so I always look into the corners etc and it wasn't to my high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful

Lovely spacious room, like the 2 types of pillows on the large bed. Bathroom very clean . The staff were always very helpful. The breakfast was plenty of choice, really enjoyed our 3night stay here.
