Great area Cambridge to stay at. Breakfast was good but closes too early for tired travelers. Parking was sufficient but not cheap. Thanks Holiday inn.

As above..clean room, friendly helpful staff, parking and breakfast good.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very reasonably priced too. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is about 4km from Central Cambridge. There is a charge for parking, but it isn't unreasonable for people staying at the hotel. I paid £6 a night.

No air conditioning, water oscillated between lukewarm and scalding randomly

Very helpful and friendly staff, great shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was fine, did what it says on the tin. Overall a solid stay, nothing spectacular but that’s what you expect for an Express.

Really basic hotel, very loud and was woken lots through the night. Staff weren’t particularly helpful and the wifi was rubbish. It was close to the hospital and there was on site parking.

Perfect location, this stay fulfilled all our needs x

My room had no electrivityy when I put card in They supposedly upgraded me to room 152 Electric on and settled in for night Slept as I was shattered At ;4 am I wen5 toilet onky ti be kept awake by air conditioning units outside Constant hum Not good and this was supposed to be upgraded room

The outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone one of them had a smile and went out of their way to make you happy. Great value compared to nearby hotels.

This is the budget end of the Holiday Inn chain but it doesn't feel too budget. The check in was stand out in terms of friendliness and efficiency and there was a good choice for breakfast with plenty of food available. It was very busy on the Sunday morning but the team kept on top of it, turning tables around and keeping food stocked. The hotel itself is well located, with good parking (although you have to pay for it but there is a discount code provided by the hotel). It's possible to walk into Cambridge from there though it's a cheap Uber ride to get back. We've visited a few times now and will definitely consider again should we be in the area.
