Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Directly opposite the entrance to Canning town station. A really cool looking ground floor space and a good selection of food and drink. I loved that breakfast was served until 11 on the weekend as we were able to get a lie in and still eat. The selection at breakfast was good too. Our room was clean and really nice. The only downside was the TV didn't work at all, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the novelty of telly in bed but two people tried unsuccessfully to fix it. Not the end of the world though but it would have been nice to have the gesture of even a free drink or something as we paid for a room with a working TV. Our shower tray had a blocked drain on its first use, however the staff quickly dealt with this when it was raised with them so that's no one's fault. Id definitely stay here again if going to an event at the O2. It was only one stop of the tube and it runs late on weekends on the jubilee line so there's no stress getting back

Clean and large rooms, very goof location

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for anyone going to The O2 or Abba Voyage. And the beds are so comfy. Staff are fantastic. So helpful

Great price and location but I did not sleep at all. Noise all night from A/C unit which was switched off? Left hotel around 7am as had no sleep at all.

Good hotel as always

Great hotel for a stay in London, parking was easy in the Hallsville Quarter car park which is directly below the hotel and the underground is directly opposite the hotel. Parking is a bit expensive but extremely convenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and quiet rooms, location ideal for public transport to Excel or O2

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only had one converter with me and they lent us one to use during the stay. The breakfast spread included many options. The hotel is located in a beey convenient area - across the street from the train station, multiple grocery stores and restaurants steps away. The room and bathroom were on the small side without much storage room but overall I would stay here again.

Excellent facilities, room spotless, staff very friendly and helpful. Resonable prices will use again
