Stayed here two nights before an international flight so it would be easy to get to the airport the morning we left. Moxy delivered on my expectations better than almost every other hotel during my two week stay in the UK. The property was clean, well staffed and all the staff even the cleaning people were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet (somehow you can’t even hear the planes) and the breakfast buffet is great I highly recommend adding it on. The breakfast had options to cater to every taste and diet plus lots of places to sit. My only complaint is in the twin room you only got one pillow each.

As soon as we went through the revolving doors we were hit with the most unbelievable lovely smell which I likened to that of the Vdara in Vegas. Everything was on point and way above expectations. Would highly recommend to any travelers needing a room before or after a Heathrow flight OR as a base for that area!

We were early to the hotel and weren’t made aware of the secure room where we could store our luggage before check in. Rather, we paid $120 Canadian to check in early. After we paid, we then found out about the room. We were very disappointed to find this out as it wasn’t presented as an option upon arrival.
