Great location for Heathrow, however car park is a pain for hotel guests, and the bed/pillows were not comfortable.

Great hotel in a great location

The staff member checking me in was great, welcoming and gave me a free mocktail welcome drink. The hotel room was a good size but the bathroom was tiny which might be a bit claustrophobic if you shut the door. Since I was solo I left it open. Couldn’t change the water temperature of the shower, even thought I tried each setting. It was warm then too hot then warm again. The towels were good quality and massive. For some reason there’s only 2 pillows so if you’re sharing the bed you only get 1 each. The worst part was I barely slept. I had the hotel because of a very early flight, but for some reason the tv kept randomly turning itself on which woke me up a few times between midnight and 1am. The room was boiling hot which also meant I woke up constantly. For that reason I’d not stay again, which is a shame as I genuinely would have had it not been for the lack of sleep. Right outside the hotel is the bus stop to Heathrow and a couple of minutes away is a Tesco which is handy. Left too early to try breakfast.

The room was nice but it was too hot and we couldn't adjust it. Also, there were only 2 pillows. We had to use rolled up towels as pillows.

Staff were great . Bed was comfortable. Carpeted areas need a good clean... room and public area carpets are grubby! Limited selection of Wine, Beer and cider. I didn't like the sauvignon blanc variety so asked for a standard apple cider but they only stock berry flavored cider. Beer selection favours lager drinkers. Ale and Bitter drinkers arent catered for.

The MOXY was AMAZING! We stayed over the holidays and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. We loved our accommodations…our room was cozy and clean. We had more than enough space for all of us in our party. The ambience is phenomenal. I loved the art work on the walls and the games available to play such as ping pong. I would recommend the MOXY to anyone traveling to London.

Clean and easy to check in and out !

The room was not the issue. Everything was fine but the airport transfer was beyond horrible! It shows pick up times every hour but waited for 1.5 and the bus never showed-up
