Excellent location near two metro stops. One metro ride on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow airport and then 5 minute walk. Everything is near by, the famous Selfridges in Oxford Street, groceries, restaurants, shopping. The apartment gets refreshed everyday by the wonderful and friendly housekeeping lady. The team is great at responding in a timely manner and are sure to make you feel safe and cared for. I traveled with a minor and safety was a top priority.
Overall a great place to come and rest and relax after a day of walk and exploring.

Property is off of an alley, in a quiet lovely section of Mayfair. Walkable to Hyde park, and to Green park. In the area are plenty of places to eat and shop.

Even the maids did not know how to operate some of the gadgets because it’s so high tech. Refrigerator shut down for over 24 hrs, wasting 2 days worth of groceries from Waitrose. I never got an apology call from management. Convenient location but poorly ran. I got the biggest penthouse btw. Stayed for almost 2 weeks, so I am not a regular complaining guest. I spent big bucks and didn’t get ONE PHONE call of apology.

Great location, good size for a family of 5.
Smoking odor covered by lots of air freshener which made it worse especially to someone who is allergic to this order. Requested early check in, never got a response on the day of arrival, no big deal.
Location is perfect. All in all it was good. The odor was the biggest issue for me.

The property is very well located and maintained. However, for the same price I would stay in a hotel where the amenities are usually on premises such as a restaurant a gym etc.
The walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the next apartment, the kitchen didn’t have a single wipe cloth something my wife didn’t appreciate, no water bottled,.
The communication was deficient as there is no cleaning or bed make up service on the weekends, so if you have plans to spend the weekend plan for no cleaning and other services. Weighing up, I’d stay in a hotel next time.

Apartment is fairly good. Modern design overall with generally good quality furniture etc.
Problems on first day. Despite booking for 3 people (2 adults and teenager) via Hotels.com - it took 6 phone calls to have bedding made available for use with the sofa bed. Told us was our fault for not letting them know that we would want to use the sofa bed. Where else was the teenage child supposed to sleep? Hotels.com and the Natives need to sort out the communication because my booked was clear and the inconvenience cost me a couple of hours of my time trying to sort through multiple operatives.
Other issues with fridge and soiled sofa detracted a little from the apartment.
Overall though, a decent stay in a pleasant part of town which makes lots of central London in walking distance.
Nice staff who were helpful especially cleaning staff.

Relatively it was good. Nonetheless we find the communication could hv been better. For example after our booking was made, we didnt hear from the operator on the arrangement ie how to access to the apartment etc, not until we visited them 2 weeks prior to our stay to enquire on the necessary. Secondly, we hv sent an email a day earlier to request for a late check out, only to receive the reply after 24hr ie after we hv left the apartment.

Awesome location (for wining, dining, shopping and sight seeing). Staff were polite and efficient, especially Simona. Could do with a little freshening up of the furnishings. My preferred place to stay in London.
