We stay here regularly when visiting our daughter. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are fabulous, breakfast always good quality and plenty of choice. Staff are always friendly and attentive, from check-in, to the restaurant to the bar. Have tried some of the other local hotels (even Brooklands) but always come back here.

Very nice hotel set in wonderful grounds. Comfortable and clean with very modern facilities and bathrooms. Breakfast choices was very good and staff were very polite. The hotel is in a great location - about 15 minute walk into Weybridge town, but there are bus stops near the hotel. Uber taxi to Hampton Court Palace cost me around £16 but I could have used a 461 bus. All in all a fantastic 3 night break. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that they have a policy of adding a refundable £150 contingency charge to your credit/debit card - I didn’t appreciate that as it wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel - Naughty Naughty.

Hotel was lovely and clean with staff being very friendly and welcoming. I personally would have liked to be able to open my window in my room, I appreciate that with air conditioning and being on higher floor this was not possible. It was not a big issue for a one night stay. The restaurant menu may have been an issue for a longer stay with only one vegetarian/plant based option on the mains. Would return for an overnight stay but not for longer due to this.

Started my Easter adventure with a 3 night stay at this hotel and returned for a 1 night stay to break up my journey home from Dover. I was told I had been upgraded from a double to an executive double but I’m not sure if that was true as the room was identical to the superior room I previously had. My only criticism is that the WiFi wasn’t secure - and that isn’t acceptable really.

Beautiful hotel, some areas are a little tired. Menu isn't the best and the food was average. Service is random, with the exception of the young guy (dark hair in a top knot) on the Bar, he was fabulous. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bar area and Atrium are stunning.

The air conditioning/heating unit in our room was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. The power and lights shut down whilst we were eating breakfast, we could see staff taking fire extinguishers to a location where they were used for what we could see were faulty switches that were presumably overloaded and caught fire. Meanwhile we were left to wait at our breakfast table until we eventually left under our own direction, when we realised what was happening. Following this we decide to leave the hotel, by which time the fire alarm activated.

This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant .

I've been there for 2 nights on a working trip - booked last minute.
The hotel has quite of history and the outside looks very posh. Howeaver inside you'll notice it clearly needs some renovation. At least my room was a bit poor on maintenance and cleaning levels (considering how the hotel sells itself).
