The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a huge convention hotel very conveniently located to many sights. The hotel and rooms are well air conditioned and comfortable. Try to get a room above floor 2 and avoid the rooms near the elevator and ice machine. The breakfast is large, expensive and not good at all. There’s a cafe and ice cream parlor on the street level that’s fine. They provide little sleeves of INSTANT coffee and tea in the rooms but there’s a Starbucks nearby. We were befriended by a Romanian woman, Laura (?) who worked in the Primo Bar. Wow, she saved our trip. She should be their Customer Service Manager-if they have such a thing. She’s smart, articulate, and deeply knowledgeable, so find her if you have questions or a problem. Anyway, the Primo Bar has excellent food. Regarding the staff, there’s a preponderance of good looking men who like to say NO and I DON’T KNOW.

Located at an excellent location. All the famous site seeing places are within a few minutes walk...and you have a LOT of places to visit, so having a centrally located hotel meant that we could come back between visiting places and take a break and then re-start. The staff was courteous and polite. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also big and clean. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and would highly recommend it to people travelling with family.

If this hotel is on your list, go ahead and book it! The breakfast buffet was amazing and definitely had a fine-dining feel. The pool and amenities were great. The booking system for the pool can be a little annoying, but honestly, it was nice not having too many people in the pool at once. The location was perfect and close to everything! We had Nando’s in Waterloo, took a bus to Brixton, and even had a boat day on the River Thames. It was honestly the perfect location for families, and we had such a great time!

Good location and comfortable room. Large hotel which made the experience impersonal. Our room did not have an opening window, only a window that looked out into the corridor of the hotel which made one feel claustrophobic. Also the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom is quite moody and dark.

This is the first time I’m staying at this hotel and I love it!! It is an easy reach of everything. There are bus stops right outside that you can take to go to Leicester Square, Oxford, Circus, Croydon,and even Brixton. I can say I was happy about everything. The reception was good. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. We had room service and the in room food and service was exceptional. This is definitely a must stay for me when I’m in London again.

Check in on kiosk was easy. This is a very large, modern, and busy hotel. There is a bar and restaurant. There is a gym. Location was great...a block from London Eye and the Thames. The Big Bus tour had a pick up right by hotel.
