Had a comfortable stay for one night on a Saturday. Quiet room, excellent breakfast and great staff. Loved the games, especially the Shufl board.

Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!

Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance.

The blackout blinds could be better on the street-facing side of Oxford Road, which can be busy with 2am revellers. However, the room was clean, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, and the staff were helpful and kind.

No hot water from aroun 20:00 until 06:30. Poor noise insulation so constant traffic noise. No Blackout curtains so also bright throughout night. Very poor for sleep. Room was clean with good facilities and breakfast good. Unfortunately, sleeping and a shower are my main reasons for booking a hotel room.

This hotel is so relaxed and chilled. Free games like pool, table tennis, darts etc. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. It’s everything you need! Location is great too. Short distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Clean, modern and large rooms. Good standalone shower (no bathtub). Excellent cooked breakfast. Relaxing, attractive and large lobby and bar areas with many games that would be fun for groups and families (darts, fancy pool table. Pinball machine etc.)

Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! Service good, Room ok a bit tired, tv was hopeless as kept glitching then turned itself off, air con was useless and bed not v comfy - disappointing - bar area excellent and good loction
