A budget option for trips to London

The air conditioner does not give cold air. The toilet in the room needs maintenance. They cut the water supply in toilet while we were in rooms, they said that they do maintenance!! The rooms were very dirty. The hotel is shame on Ramada trade mark.

Nice stay, shower could have had a bit more oomph and could do with more than one plug socket in the room but overall a decent place to stay.

Air condition doesn't work and i can hardly brief, and smell of room was horrible, we have to eat our food inside the car because of bad smell of the room.

I did not like the property. The from was damp and had a musky/damp smell. The staff at the checking desk was rude and lack on the customer etiquette. Be aware of false advertising. A not NO!!!!

We were allocated a family room when booking as we were 3 adults. Firstly the futon beds should not be classed as beds. There wafer thin and not suitable for sleeping on. On the website it stated there was a safe in the room when we entered the room there was no safe so that put me on edge having to leave valuables in the room. There was only one accessible plug point available unless you in plugged the tv. Again this isn’t helpful with 3 adults with various devices to charge. The other issue was accessibility issues for taxis. Be warned if you are booking this hotel as a cheap stay with the intention of going to Wembley. Taxis will avoid pick ups from the hotel because of how difficult it is to get to the hotel in the first place. We had multiple Ubers cancel for that reason. We ended up having to walk down a back road to a housing estate to finally get one to pick us up. Be warned that the SAT nav will probably take you on a route that will take you towards the hotel via a private road. Don’t make the mistake and go up it unless you want a fine. Just continue straight on the M1 save yourself the detour. Overall a bad experience.

Staff were disinterested and very unhelpful, didn’t respond to my request for assistance with my TV; room was not cleaned at all, even though I didn’t put a “do not disturb” sign out; asked for clean towels, by leaving them, as instructed, on my bathroom floor, three times, then had to go and find a maid and get them myself. Left my bin outside the room, twice, as it hadn’t been emptied, it was ignored. Restaurant has a very limited menu and low quality food. Would not stay here again.

First room had a flickering light and stunk of cannabis. Requested another room which was accommodated immediately. 2nd room the window didn't shut and was beside the train line so had to wedge it closed. Wasn't about to risk trying a 3rd room

Needs a big upgrade

Room was very hot as air con wasn't working but had fan. Water offered on entering though. Bar and food lovely

first room stank of cigarette smoke, upon requesting another room, the receptionist claimed there were no rooms left, blatantly lying through his teeth given after a little push back he eventually caved and gave me another room, which wasnt in amazing condition but acceptable compared to the previous room i was offered. pray you get a decent room so you are not at the mercy of these incompetent staff members. this room is only worth £30/40 a night, any higher and best consider alternatives like ibis. Sadly gone are the days where you get what you pay for lmao

Although the staff were helpful, the property is ill equipped to house guests in the heat! The air conditioning doesn’t work, and according to staff, hasn’t for years. A fan had been placed in the room, but as the window doesn’t open more than a few centimetres, it did very little and was so noisy, it felt like sleeping on an airport runway rather than under a flight path! The room remained at 32.4 degrees all night! No amount of money would have me stay there again, which isn’t a reflection on the staff, who were doing their best in terrible circumstances, but a reflection on a company cashing in on location and not maintaining the property at all!

The shower was pretty poor. The room was ok but no air con and due to the extreme heat the supplied fan didn’t really work. The bar stayed open til late which was a bonus.

Everything was perfect but i think one fridge it’s the best in room , specially when it’s very hot outside. Thank you

The room was good and so was the staff, ac wouldnt work and the fan blew out hot air. Room was 32 degrees hot at 5 in tue morning couldnt sleep bc of it

The AC was not working at all in the any of the rooms, they had given us a massive fan which was dirty and didnt really keep the room cool. The window you couldnt open too wide so the heat was trapped in the room. The bathroom fan didnt work and the bathroom did have some mould in the ceiling due to this. The beds was comfy which was good but really the only good thing. The cleanign staff we tried to explain to not clean our room due to all our items everywhere and they was rude to my friend when she tried to explain. Also i thought it was free parking but had to pay 5 pounds a night might be me who missed that but did think it was free.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Broken beds, dirty walls, pull out beds in family rooms full of stains, the place stinks, no air conditioning and housing asylum seekers. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody the place is rancid!

The air conditioning did not work, it actually increased the room temperature whilst I was out to 30*C, it was set to 20*C. The fridge in the room also didn’t work.
