I only stayed overnight at the Renaissance but it was an absolutely lovely hotel to stay in. It’s right on the airport’s doorstep with buses every 30 minutes and the staff at the hotel were very helpful with providing information regarding the transport to the airport. On arrival, staff were very welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely, spacious, cleans and equipped with basic amenities like water, coffee, etc. Beds were very comfy! I would highly recommend booking here if you need an overnight stay right next to the airport!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the washroom was clean and updated. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport. I booked this hotel because it said it has a shuttle to the airport. I missed something when booking though. The shuttle is 7 Pounds (which is about $14 CAD). In Canada my experience has been that airport shuttles are included in the hotel cost and not an extra cost. My daughter and I ended up taking the public transit bus which stopped out front of the hotel for a much cheaper price. Also with the subway going to the airport a shuttle wasn’t such an important consideration. It is quite easy to get to Heathrow from many places in London on the subway. Summary - the hotel was clean, quiet (very little airport noise with dual windows), had A/C, and was close to the airport, but the shuttle is an extra fee.

This hotel is ideally based for access to Heathrow. It has a regular bus shuttle service that take minutes to get to Terminal 2 and 3 from the hotel entrance. Nice rooms, good food and great staff.

It was a very comfortable one night stay. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast were excellent. Shuttle to airport was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and bathroom complete with tub & shower combo. Coffee /tea corner and mini refrigerator too. Would stay there again.

Extremely convenient location. Took the Hoppa transportation from LHR, there is a restaurant, cafe, bar, and souvenir shop on the property. Staff was extremely helpful and we were able to check in a few hours early. Large breakfast buffet was great, great price too. The air conditioning worked well, the hotel is a little dated, but it’s perfect for what you need it for.

Great location, very close to T2 at LHR. This is the most soundproof hotel we have ever been in. We sat in the restaurant, and could see the planes taking off, literally just a few hundred meters away and could not hear a sound from the jet engines at full thrust. Quite remarkable.

I continue to use this hotel regularly because of its proximity and transport links to the terminals, its superb breakfast and its excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. I find the shower unit most advantageous given the powerful shower mechanism. The staff are always friendly.

Great for an overnight stay when you need to be (very!) close to Heathrow. The view from a runway view room is perfect for any plane spotter! Could spend hours watching it like TV. The staff are really helpful too, helping me reunite with my glasses that I’d left behind.
