Riverside Hotel

Perfect location as a stop over driving from London to mid Wales. Super comfy bed.

Riverside hotel was a lovely stay and had great facilities. It’s in prime location to other spots in and around Cirencester, and the hotel itself was very clean and spacious.

The room was perfect. Very clean and amenities were excellent.

Recently remodeled rooms were very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Excellent and convenient location.

Room very clean , staff very friendly, will book again if we need to be up that way

Nice and central . It is very clean and spotless. The parking was perfect. The self check went very smoothly. Would stay here again .

Everything was great. The room and the hotel looked as though it has been refurbished. The virtual front desk worked very well and the parking access at night was easy to use. I will definitely use again in the future.

An outstanding property. Easy to access with code system. Extremely nice room. Like new. Very calming atmosphere after a long day. Car parking in safe gated area. Only downside was that, despite a quiet running fan, we had to open the window ( thus hearing traffic noise whilst trying to sleep) as the room was warm. Overall, a great place to stay, especially considering available use of lounge, kitchen area. Cheers.

The room is clean and amenities all ok ,but to make it perfect make the heater fix or on because a bit freezing inside. Try to on the heater but it’s not working . But still I will recommend this hotel very good and clean . ❤️

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Easy contactless checkin/out. We had an issue with the bathroom fan which was resolved promptly by a young man who took time to share local restaurant recommendations. Communal kitchen facilities were handy. 10 minute walk to main street with lots of restaurants and Tesco express. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Clean and Nice rooms. For the price paid, I think best in the area. Really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was easy and fairly secure. Room was clean. Saw no staff. National park ?

We had no wifi, so didn't get our passcode. Then we discovered the building doesn't have a lift.

The self chevk in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean.

We realised on booking that the hotel was unmanned. Almost to our surprise, it does work. We were given codes and instructions on how to enter and our room number an hour before check in. The rooms very clean, with a lot more storage than some other hotels. There was tea and coffee, plus a fan and hair dryer in needed. All the towels and bed linen were top quality. Downstairs there was a vending machine with cold drinks and snacks plus charging leads and toothbrush kits. Negatives were there was only one chair in the double room, no USB ports or instructions on how to use heating controls. Because we had used our rewards, we were happy with our bill. However I would not wanted to pay the full £140 for a Saturday night and have no breakfast.

The room was ok but when I arrived there was no key. A lady came and brought it but in the morning the cleaner came straight into my room without knocking thinking it was empty. The key system is flawed and I would worry about the security of guests. I won’t be staying somewhere with no reception again.
