Good size room,well maintained shower,with quality toiletries available,tea and coffee available with a choice of both teas and coffees .plenty of seating in the room .Food was amazing with staff going above and beyond.Free private parking.Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Loved all of it, I cannot fault anything. The food is excellent however if you’re not a believer in a 12 percent service charge be sure to check your bill. That percentage is extortionate and for me personally, being old school would much rather have given a tip.

It was an OK stay. Three opportunities to improve. Firstly, the advert shows lovely bright room. The reality is that they are very dark rooms despite lots of light fittings. This is due to very low-wattage bulbs making it hard to read or use a computer. The toilet seats are weird in that they perch on short pins and easily come off. Finally the mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work.

The room was small but clean n comfortable. It was more Air BnB as opposed to Hotel.Com standard. The hallway to the room was appalling with torn rundown carpet. It ‘s just a place to put your head down for the night nothing more than that. Would not stay here again . Photos were deceiving.

It was lovely and cosy and staff were very welcoming. Loved the bar and my food was delicious. Negative - not sure water glasses were clean as there was water in them. Soon put right when I asked for a clean one from the bar.

Single female traveler & felt safe.
Scruffy corridor to the rooms but actual room was good,
Some noise from the pub but quietened down at a reasonable time.
