For a single traveler it had everything I needed. Some might say the rooms are small but suited me down to the ground. I can’t speak for those that travel in pairs. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Judging from previous reviews I wasn’t expecting excellence and I had, if I’m honest, lowered my expectations. No need! Our room was clean and decorated to an appealing standard- the nice & clean bathroom definitely worth a mention. I didn’t peel back the sheets to see the mattress but the base had seen better days to be honest. Still, the location is brilliant. We enjoyed a local restaurant ( from an impressive array of cuisines) and crossed the river to Battersea Power Station, shopped and had a good time. Pimlico in general is a nice place to be. There’s a corner shop at the end of the street and a 1.5l bottle of water only £1.50. Also local big Sainsbury’s, Tesco extra ….etc etc. I had a decent nights sleep and I’d stay here again :)

The staff were great: very helpful, attentive, kind and ready and willing to help. It's very close to lots of great places and within walking distance of Victoria Station. It's a quiet and safe area. Please note that you have to use the stairs as there are no elevators. This was perfect for me as I am solo travelling. I am very satisfied with the booking. They also offer a baggage storage service and early check-in for £15.

It’s an old building, heater is not working well, very narrow stairs to bring your heavy luggage especially for seniors who can’t climb the steep stairs and there is no elevator & nobody can help you to carry it to the 3rd floor.

Room was very clean however very small, communal walkways need a lot of love and TLC and could put you off- price wise little expensive for what it was but it’s a great location. Shower was amazing though.

There were ants in the room, a stained towel, the paint was peeling off, ceiling had water damage stains and cracks, room got very musty after one hour of the window closed (we were on the basement floor). Got to check in early for £15, so that’s nice.
