The staff was the kindest and most helpful that I have ever met. There were so many thoughtful touches- guiding us to our room, coffee and tea in our room offering unlimited information on demand. Quality touches such as robes and slippers, heated towel rack, beautiful lighting ( even in the closet) and excellent toiletries. Our view was not great, but the room was so beautiful that we did not need to look out. The woman who showed us to our room noted that all things in the room were complimentary. Many times it is impossible to know.
I would love to stay here again.
