Fantastic stay celebrating our anniversary. Very friendly hosts with 3 gorgeous dogs. Room was modern and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was top quality and very tasty. We will definitely be coming back again.

Lovely property in a great location.
Room was very comfortable and 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach which was great as we had a dog.
Breakfast was high quality and very substantial also the patio by the stream with koi carp pond was a nice bonus.
Parking was easy as the owners had off road parking
Hopping to be back in the near future.

Really peaceful area, with the beach practically across the road and an easy 5min walk into the little town of dymchurch.
The Host was very accomodating and provided a lovely cooked breakfast, with toast and cereal too.
Our room was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed for a stay, even some toiletries in the en suite bathroom!
Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We only stayed one night but were made to feel very welcome. Really comfy bed, very clean and plenty of parking. Dudley our dog was also welcome in our dog friendly room.
Breakfast was amazing. A really good choice of hot food and cooked to perfection. Overall a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely b and b in perfect location minutes from beach. Excellent breakfast. I wish I'd been there when the weather improved the next day as there is a lovely patio by the river.

Lovely room with huge bathroom including bath and power shower. Nice view across river and meadows with occasional passing of Hyde/ Dymchurch/ Romney steam train. Tasty breakfast.

First of all the guest house sits in a nice nature but obviously little noisy because of the main road just outside so you constantly hear cars speeding past.
It was strange that the check in time was 16:00 which was okay but only that the check out time was 9:30-10am which l didn’t know until a very aggressive bang on my door telling me l am 1.5 hrs late for the check out so l had to leave the property without taking a shower.
Maybe it was my fault for not checking details but l was not told the rules too and also technically it isn’t 2 day stay then.
