Great location, staff really helpful, good breakfast with vegetarian options. Dog friendly! Free access to tea / coffee machine on each floor with ironing boards etc. Would definitely stay again. 10 minute walk to NCP car park with 24 hour discount rate - approx £12

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Loved the spanish eggs, sausages and pastries. We liked the modern decour and hanging seats, access to a good bar. The shower was powerful and hot and the room had a modern layout. I didnt like the coffee machine in the corridor, it was the worst coffee i have experienced and it was cold. Please put good coffee facilities in the room. The coffee downstairs was ok. My suggestion would be to partner with starbucks or costa.A fridge in the riom would also enhance the stay. The noise from the homless camp on the road we could see from the hotel was terrible. This also made the view awful.This needs to be addressed by the local council as it really does impact your business. The stay was saved by Sux by Nico which was incredible.
