We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well managed. We especially appreciated the excellent service and the friendly attitude of all the staff. Our stay was truly comfortable and stress-free. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency to anyone visiting Addis Ababa and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Massage at spa was excellent and very relaxing - if you ask for it to be gentle! Only request is for non-feather pillows as they give the head & neck no support!

There are so many amenities and facilities at this hotel. I didn't even get to explore most of them. I enjoyed the breakfast options, my room was clean and big, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
