We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and well organized.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well managed. We especially appreciated the excellent service and the friendly attitude of all the staff.
Our stay was truly comfortable and stress-free. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency to anyone visiting Addis Ababa and will definitely stay here again in the future.

There are so many amenities and facilities at this hotel. I didn't even get to explore most of them. I enjoyed the breakfast options, my room was clean and big, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well.

Lovely hotel with great amenity. The breakfast was outstanding. Our room wasn’t the best - neither the fridge nor the AC worked. Also, the room layout isn’t ideal in that there’s no separate bathroom. For couples or solo that’s likely fine, but there’s no private space to dress or undress before entering the shower. Who ever you room with will see you naked!
