My family and I only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed it. It has amazing views. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was low season so we felt that we had the place for ourselves. The room was really nice and comfortable.

My experience with this property was very disappointing. The description and photos provided on the Expedia app did not match what I was actually offered upon arrival. The location and the room I was taken to felt unsafe and concerning, and the overall condition was very different from what had been advertised.
When I asked the property to change my room because I did not feel comfortable or safe, I was told that I would have to pay additional money to move to a more acceptable and safer room. I do not believe I should have had to pay extra for basic safety and for accommodations that accurately reflect the description provided at the time of booking.
Expedia should verify the actual condition of the property and rooms directly with the hotel. Booking platforms should also make sure that the descriptions, photos, room standards, and location information accurately represent what guests will receive. Customers should not arrive at a property expecting one experience and be given something significantly different.
I would appreciate Expedia reviewing this situation with the property and addressing the additional cost I was required to pay because the original accommodation did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

They have given us dirty room, bedsheets never changed, toilet is dirty and mirror. Shower is super dirty . Toilet seat is moving. Mold on pillows. Service is so terrible that we were moving from one villa to another at mid night and no admin is open at night

Beautiful resort! Breathtaking views from villa. Excellent customer service from all employees. My only issue was probably the state of the villa especially bathroom, it definitely needs some TLC but other than that, this is honestly a place to relax, unwind and be away from the rush of other towns like Nadi/Lautoka.

Restrooms and shower areas were dirty. In the morning when we went for breakfast, there was a container that bread. This container had cockroaches in them. The kitchen area had cockroaches climbing the walls. Overall dirty place

The resort features a beautiful swimming pool that is well maintained and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The villas are lovely, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and privacy with a true island feel.
The views are simply breathtaking, with stunning ocean scenery that makes every moment feel calm and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the range of activities available. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish feeding, kayaking, and the boat ride, all of which added excitement and unforgettable memories to our visit.

The staff seem disinterested. Not the usual cheerful greetings one gets at other Fijian resorts.
The only cheerful people were the two water sports men….James and Scobie. …and one waitress.
There should be some sort of transport to get people up the hill to the top level.
Very expensive for what is offered.
