Great staff. Amenities were good.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lami — this was my third time staying here and I really loved it. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff, including the security guard, were all very friendly, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I also absolutely loved the view from the room. The bathroom was a little leaky at times, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Other than that, the room was very clean and well maintained, and room service was good and efficient.

Everything was perfect and staff was so friendly and helpful.

Good beds and spacious Need bit better cleaning of washrooms

Everything was good except the power outage that was happening afew noghts in a row with no exact updates on when it was gonna come back on. With the hot and humid weather in Fiji, that was one thing i wish they did better on. So we had no AC for a couple of hours every night. Apart from that, it was awesome.

Excellent service from courteous staff. Comfortable stay and it's a very quiet haven surrounded by noise outside. Will definitely return

The staff is the reason I normally stay here. Great team, biggest smiles and just warmth. Keep it up Novotel Lami. Great scenery with bay view, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those travelling for business but family friendly as well.

Executive room was large but lacking in some basics - eg no work desk and no “do not disturb” sign. Can be noisy if at start of corridor.

Rooms were very clean , nice friendly staff , especially the gardener , I didn’t get his name went out of his way to help us . We will certainly come back .

My wife and I have stayed at the Novotel Lami a few times now and can't find ourselves staying anywhere else. We love the location, facilities, food and especially the employees whom we have built a rapport with. Now our own children are building that same confidence in Novotel Lami and this is our home away from home. We love you Novotel Lami, keep up the good work.

Check-in was fast and convenient, which was a great start to our stay. However, customer service at this hotel really needs improvement. I wasn’t provided with any information about breakfast, Wi-Fi, or other important amenities upon arrival. The Wi-Fi connection is quite weak — it only works properly in the lobby and inside the room, but cuts off completely in the hallways. Although the room matched the listed specifications, a few upgrades would make a big difference, such as adding a microwave and having a larger washroom, especially for families with children. On the positive side, self-parking was easy and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. We also booked massages with Sunny, and she was absolutely amazing — a true highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff seemed unhappy or disengaged, which really affected the overall experience.
