Excellent stay, spacious and clean room, very good breakfast. The highlight is how close it is to the Disney parks - the hotel has a shuttle but we ended up just walking most of the time as it was only 10 mins or so. Would definitely book again if going to Disney

There was no air con or climate control as advertised so the room was hot and stuffy! Couldn’t open the window as there was to much traffic noise. When I asked about the air con at reception I was met with a very but response of “no one else has had any issues in the last two weeks”

Room said 2 double beds. Was 1 with a sofa bed. No kettle in the room, asked for one and was told they don’t have one. Toilet was in a different room from the bathroom and did not have a sink, had to walk through the living area and bedroom to wash hands, very unhygenic.

Very decent hotel. I gave it 4 and not a 5 because they didn’t come to clean daily. It was nice though and area was beautiful. Close to a huge mall so if you forgot something, you can buy one in France.

A really loud went off at 2 in the morning the last night we were there. There was no emergency, just random alarms and we had to be up early for our flight. Also, when we got there, well past our check in time, our room was not ready and we needed it to get changed for dinner. We ended up having to change in the bathroom.

The staff were lovely it was so close to Disney and the shuttle bus was very reliable The shower was difficult to use because the holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head, and the plug in the bathroom sink was broken and got stuck. I stripped the bed upon leaving the room, just for ease for staff and the pillows were gross, other peoples hair all matted in it.

First of all, this hotel can't be 4 stars. I booked a room with 2 double beds, and what i got was a room with one bed. The room was not clean at all, the spider's house can be seen easily on the roof. No amenities in room. The reception was poor. Very disappointed. The only good thing was that la valle village is a walking distance

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was available earlier to check in. Plenty of room for me and kids and although we didn’t need the kitchen it was well equipped. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment and missed breakfast as we wanted a sleep in. Great location only negative the room was freezing

The location was great, buildings looked beautiful, reception area was well kept. Staff very friendly. However, room was very tired. Bathroom still had some long hairs from previous guests, mould on bath silicon edges. Bedroom had mould on ceilings and walls. Cupboard had exposed screws and hinges. Even electric heater was missing a foot so didnt stand properly. Sofa couch felt dirty.
