Not the most charming location, but there's free parking and it's a 10 minute walk from a tram stop that gets you into the center of Grenoble quickly. Room is quite small but clean.

Basic room conveniently close to the university. However, check in machine required four phone calls to check in and finally the manager to come. Some of the buttons for the room ID did not appear to work and so had to wait for a new one to be created.

Front desk person was helpful and courteous. Free wifi was terrible: never more than 2 bars and disconnecting every few minutes. 10% discount to nearby Hippopotamus restaurant

Good position near a tram station into the centre. No responses to messages or telephone calls so no idea how to self check in until we got there and phoned their help line.

THE DOOR IS A LITTLE BIT DARK. THE STAFF IS ALRIGHT

They assigned me a room with a broken door (cracked and wobbly). The door code I was provided didn't work (some of the keys on the keypad were not working). As nobody is on site in the evening, I had to call the hotel phone number, which is not free. Nobody was answering. I had to book another room through the machine; luckily there were vacancies. I submitted a complain through the hotel website; no response. Next morning, the person at the reception reimbursed me for the extra room, but didn't bother to apologize. It's seems what happened to me is normal.

Good price and very convenient for a one night stay at the University.

The location of the hotel is really bad, we didn't relax knowing where the car was going to be there all night. Once we we're in the hotel we found our room very untidy and the concierge didn't speak in English. Perfect cocktail.

Chambre plus grande que prévue, propre et fonctionnelle mais salle de bain/wc petite. Personnel très agréable.

Bon accueil. 1 restaurant a proximité immédiate. Secteur calme et grand parking. Chambre assez petite et sombre. Manque de chauffage au vu du froid ce jour là ! Petit déjeuné sympa avec du salé chaud, oeuf et bacon mais salle bezucoup trop petite !!

Rien de bien particulier sauf que ils faut passer l'aspirateur le long des plinthes. Le reste bon ça va. Accueil sympas.

Dans le cadre d’un séjour de deux nuits, arrivée dans la chambre, la climatisation est cassée, la ventilation de la salle d’eau également et pleine de moisissures, le distributeur de gel douche est vide. Le lendemain, en repassant par la chambre dans l’après-midi, celle-ci n’a pas été nettoyée, donc pas non plus de réapprovisionnement du gel douche. Après avoir essayé de contacter l’hôtel en vain, j’appelle hôtels.com qui n’arrive pas non plus à les joindre au téléphone au bout de 10 minutes. À l’issue je réessaye avec un numéro trouvé après des recherches internet, je tombe sur le réceptionniste qui me demande à quelle heure je suis parti de la chambre par rapport au ménage, donc je lui dis avant 8h00, mais vue sa réponse « ah oui avant 08h00 ? », il n’a pas semblé me croire, mais m’a tout de même dit qu’il allait la nettoyer de suite, ce qui a été fait. En somme, même si la literie est confortable, à 75€ la nuit, la chambre ne les vaut clairement pas, le service non plus. Si vous le pouvez, passez votre chemin.

Clim défaillante, goutte à goutte sans cesse, obliger d’éponger toute la nuit... elle ne fonctionne pas... Servittes de bain pas très propre, tachées...
