The room was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel had a breakfast in the morning, and had some cocktail services in the evening which was a great touch. It was in a great location, easy to get to the metro which we used a lot. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, only a shampoo/bodywash. Overall though, a good experience.

Location was good - room while small as typical in Paris was quite comfortable and clean and would highly recommend others to stay at thus hotel. One feedback point - tv should allow language switch to English as set to only French which we don’t understand.

Beautiful little hotel in a convenient location. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful and available at every hour we called. They even helped us book a taxi to our next destination. The housekeeping was excellent. We gave them 4 starts instead of 5 because the rooms got warm, but if you open the windows people stay out late and it got very noising very early in the morning a couple of nights. But I also think that’s going to be a problem everywhere in Paris. The other kind of odd dilemma was that the shower only has a half door, so I kept flooding the floor when I took a shower, even when I pointed the nozzle toward the wall. Wonderful stay overall, thank you so much.

Lovely experience! We got the triple room for a family of three and stayed for a total of 4 nights, given what I had heard of the hotels rooms being small in Paris, this room was actually perfectly spacious for the three of us. The location of the hotel is top notch, it’s about 7-12 mins close to two different metros lines and the place is surrounded by various restaurants, supermarkets so food options were abundant. Most restaurants in Paris tend to close at 10 but we were still able to find a few places that were open on the days we were back late from our day trips. I had read some reviews about the outside noises from the restaurants below and though it is slightly audible, it wasn’t too bad and we didn’t have any problems plus it was always quiet right after 10pm. Hotels staffs are absolute gems overall a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

We had to take two rooms for a family of four because rooms are very tiny. I couldn’t open the washroom door because it was next to the bed. Another thing was the smell in room 606 we couldn’t tell what that was, something like dampness. So we had to open windows to air it out every time we came back to our room. The windows in both 606 and 607 washrooms didn’t have any window covers so we had to cover it with pillows to ensure that people across the street don’t see us. There are incredibly thin walls and a connecting door in room 606. I could hear every sound my neighbors made, their telephone conversations and even the person speaking on the other end. Couldn’t sleep well because they were arriving at 1 am and watching TV. Earplugs helped a bit. We literally had to whisper all the time. Upon arrival we were advised to use the elevator by two people to avoid it getting stuck between the floors. Otherwise it’s a modern and freshly renovated, has mattress covers, hot shower with good water pressure. We could probably stay there again if it wasn’t for the smell and the thin walls. Room 607 was a little bigger and more comfortable. Area is pretty nice and very walkable. About 25 minutes walk to Louvre and galleries Lafayette, lots of restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy nearby.

The property was nicely located and close to the metro which was well connected to all the touristic places. I paid for a balcony room and at the reception I was told they only have one room with a balcony which was unavailable. The photos are misleading and appears that the rooms indeed have a balcony when they don’t. The rooms were tiny and we struggled to even find a place to put our stuff down. The bathroom was so small and not suitable for two people to use at the same time. The location was the only plus.

The hotel was amazing & so accommodating Laurent on reception was so kind and helpful explained breakfast to us which was an amazing system. Has an elevator which is perfect for Paris even upgraded our room to the balcony with view my minor quibbles are Stairs down to the toilets in reception as my partner couldn’t walk down them due to her arthritis. Rooms are smaller but it’s Paris we did have a constant issue with the lock on the bathroom door which was good and a sliding door but not room between bed and bathroom. It was an amazing stay but I guess I can’t help but feel it’s more like. 3 star plus no bar just a drinks service done by reception decent selection :) just lacking in facilities not sauna no gym no spa which others in Paris close to the hotel had around the same price. But honestly and amzing hotel if you want a decent breakfast and a good drinks service by reception. Just needs some things to give it that 4 star edge even in London a 3 star had a coffee machine in the room this one didn’t. Overall we are very -leased with the service the room and the stay and the amount of books and newspapers are amazing. Just bare in mind it’s Paris rooms are smaller and no bar area but will get the job done oh and bed was so comfortable:)
