Fabulous hotel. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord, walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff incredibly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a “space” room - three adults. Was roomy by European standards. Great amenities, great bathroom. Super cofmortable beds. Pull out sofa was also very comfortable. Good coffee shop on the corner - Blondie. Shame the cocktail bar attached appeared dysfunct. We did not use the breakfast facilities. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if i was lucky enough to be returning to Paris.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was beautifully newly refurbished and refurbishment of the entire hotel was still in progress (looks like it will be completed very soon) and they have done an excellent job with the details. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

When we first arrived at the hotel, check-in was easy—we were able to drop off our suitcases since we arrived at 11 a.m. and check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m. That part went smoothly. However, I really needed to use the toilet downstairs and was told I couldn’t because it was under construction. There was absolutely no mention on the website that the hotel would be undergoing renovations. The entire front of the building was covered in scaffolding, blocking all balconies. We couldn’t see anything outside, and when we got to our room later that day, we found dirty socks left on the balcony. The area was dusty and completely unusable due to the construction. To add to the disappointment, the bar and bar area were also under construction, so we couldn’t use or enjoy any of those facilities either. Again, none of this was communicated beforehand—no warning on the website, no email, nothing. On top of everything, the room itself was incredibly small—like, very, very small. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, especially considering we expected a relaxing stay. Had we known about the construction and the tiny room, we would have definitely chosen a different hotel. The lack of transparency really ruined the experience.

Bit disappointed with our stay at the hotel to be honest. I had received an email from the hotel to say that there was building works going on but I didn't realise what the extent of this would be. We were in the 6th floor and every other floor was having a full renovation. Workmen were working through the night (quietly) and then the drilling started at 8am. We had scaffolding directly outside our bedroom windows so I was reluctant to open the windows through the night and our room was hot. Also a strong smell of some sort of building products. Glue like. The room itself was lovely and clean though. The reception staff were pleasant and I think once the hotel is complete it will be lovely. It is in a great location with lots of nice restaurants, cafes and patisseries on the doorstep.

I was not advised that this hotel would be under construction during my week long stay. The small hotel would be lovely under normal circumstances, but instead it was a full fledged construction zone. The daily noise was so loud with jack hammers and other equipment. The entire lobby was filled with white construction dust. The bar did not exist. There was no breakfast "buffet" -we were offered some options which included microwaved eggs and small fruit salad. The regular staff were very nice and they were apologetic about the situation. They felt it was unfair for the management to be selling rooms in a hotel that was unsafe and unhealthy. The managers were defensive and said that they had advised all of us about the construction - this was untrue. I asked for some compensation and they refused. One day I returned to the hotel to find the workman painting along the hall of the floor of my room. My room smelled like fresh paint. I opened the window and asked for a blanket, which the staff brought me - it was dirty. Then, they brought two sheets, which didn't help. I was moved up to a higher floor the next day after a freezing night in a hotel for which I paid a high daily rate. This is a warning to future guests to avoid this hotel. I am sure it will be wonderful when the remodeling is finished. But right now it is unsafe and unhealthy to stay there. Management should be ashamed that they are putting profits before the health and safety of guests. We desreved better!
