We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s really close to the cadet metro station and the local bakery. There was lots of variety of shops nearby including a McDonald’s. The staff were very polite and could help with whatever we needed. We will be back again!

the tv doesn’t work, the phones aren’t connected, it’s plus 40 degrees at all times inside the rooms. The staff don’t care, there’s a random dude chilling in the lobby from morning till night, we booked for 5 nights, stayed 1 night and had to go cuz it was unsafe for children, they would not give us a refund for the remained days, DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, ITS MEANT FOR SINGLE COUPLES OR SOMETHING

Clean and nice hotel, the staff is very polite and helpful. The only downside is the noise from the other guests and the construction work happening right outside the windows.

We were rather disappointed with our stay here. It's billed as a 3-star hotel, but had no a/c (and the weather was really hot)---the person at the front desk mostly sat outside, maybe because it was cooler there. The rooms have no mini-fridge or functioning coffee-maker. Our coffee-maker had no supplies, and when I asked at the front desk I was told "oh well, we offer breakfast" (for an extra fee). We had to have the windows open and the street was very noisy most of the night, so no-one slept very well. It's a pity, because the location is quite good, very close to Cadet Metro station.

Basic but highly serviceable and affordable hotel in very good location. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Equipment in the room is minimal but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Room size was decent. Nothing luxurious here but very good value for money.

Check in was a breeze. Room was cozy but the light switch at the door wasn't working. The front desk was very helpful in finding access to a cork screw so we could enjoy our small bottle of wine. The bed was clean and comfortable with the exception of a plastic mattress cover that made it hot to sleep. The shower wasn't draining very fast so it's a good thing we don't take long showers. It was an excellent location to sight see and find what ended up to be our favorite bakery. All in all it was a good place to rest for the next days adventures.

Staff was unprofessional, lazy and inefficient. Made me wait over 2 hours for a remote control for my room tv. Also prioritized his personal call over addressing my queries when I went down to see him. Then made me wait in my room only to forget to come and see me, which required me to chase him downstairs in reception again. Pictures of the room are deceiving too. Do not book unless they were the only hotel available in Paris.

Awful hotel. Looks nothing like the photos. We had mold behind one of our beds, we asked to change rooms but were told to find somewhere else as there were no other rooms available. Lights didn’t work. Bathroom however was clean. Tiny towels. Lovely staff, very friendly, location is spot on. Right around the corner from the metro. Wouldn’t stay again though.

All fine for money paid - the only mega inconveniences were- bathroom not stocked properly - no toilet roll on two days - 2 hand towels only for two adults so couldn’t dry ourselves - 1 very thin flat pillow and the bathroom FLOODED every time you showered due to no shower curtain/screen and with no towels it was difficult to get ready without getting everything wet. Room Phone not working so couldn’t call reception to ask for supply’s. Receptionists very friendly and good location - again, for money we paid wasn’t bad but these things (should) could be easily fixed.

Reception area looked ok. Room was tiny, had booked a twin, 2 beds together made up as a double, my nephew sorted it himself. No extra pillows available. Very thin walls and noisy neighbouring property. Loud music and noisy sex until after 4am. Definitely not ideal for families!

There was no safe. No TV: there was a broken one. Hotel wouldn't get it fixed or let us have a replacement room during our 7 day stay. The radiator leaked leaving puddles of water, so got wet feet when got out of bed. Ther ceiĺing light didn't work. There was no working internet None of the problems we were reported were dealt with although on the 6th day workmen went in the room fitting new curtains bed head etc. The staff were friendly but not prepared to sort out the problems.

Positives of this hotel were that it was walkable to most destinations, cheap and well linked with transport. The staff were lovely and helpful and the bedding was clean. Negative's of the hotel was that the cleanliness was poor. Our room was dirty on arrival and we found one false eyelash on our floor, we couldn’t find the other. The bathroom was usable but shower was very small and the shower head was faulty allowing you to shower whilst sitting on the toilet. There was also no where to store the toilet paper. The towels provided were hand towels so found it hard to dry my body after having a shower, I now know to bring towels everywhere I travel. We also suffered a power cut and fire alarm testing without any warning which left us half dressed running down the stairs in panic. We also had a lovely view of the room across the hallway starring out of our window. Overall this is a good place to stay for a few nights if you need somewhere to sleep without any amenities.

On our fourth of fifth day woke up to a mouse in our room (205), asked two different cleaners to remove it, then asked reception who changed our room & apologised but didn’t even remove, we only moved upstairs so I was nervous it’d climb up, our toilet was snapped and unsafe exposed wires
