Staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location for train station and day trips along the coast.

The hotel is fine, I booked the room with the balcony and given that it’s a bit busy and right above the hotel entrance, I am not sure I would recommend it. The big issue for me is the toilet smells. If you leave the toilet seat up or the bathroom door open the room stinks. I won’t stay there again.

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. The beach is a longer walk then expected over 20 minutes. However i didnt mind the walk.

The hotel is at a quiet street behind the Nice Vill train station, 5 minutes walk through a tunnel from the station or 7 minutes walk from the ground, easily accessible, and very convenient. Around the hotel and the train station, there are restaurants, stores, convenient stores, and supermarkets, all in walkable distance. The hotel room is very clean, organized, and cozy. There is a small refrigerator, an air condition, and a TV. Wifi connections on every floor. The bathroom is little small but it's kept neat and clean. The hotel staffs are super nice and friendly. I arrived the hotel in the morning, which was way earlier than the check in scheduled time 3 pm. The hotel receptionist, Salim made me feel so welcome. The staffs helped me to store my luggage at the hotel so that I could explore the city. The public transportation near the train station make all the sightseeing places such as Promenade des Anglais, castle hill, old town, Place Masséna and Promenade du Paillon, easily accessible within less than 30 minutes commute. The hotel staff, Salim, gave us great suggestions on great local restaurants offer authentic food options. My family had a wonderful time during the dinner. The food was delicious. We definitely will choose to stay the same hotel next time we visit Nice again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful boutique hotel at a very reasonable price, just 15m walk from the main tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly, let us park for free in reserved parking in front of the entrance. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Overall, an excellent option and would stay there again on my next visit to Nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff..

The star rating doesn’t allow for a nuanced response, so here goes: Cleanliness was, actually, excellent. Staff and service: receptionists were friendly and helpful. Service in the room was excellent in terms of cleaning and bedmaking, but not in terms of replenishing the (miserly) 2 teabags we used on the first day or replacing the used cups. Property condition was excellent: clean, tidy, paintwork generally unmarked. Facilities were limited, but we already knew that - really we just need a place to shower and sleep. It was good to have a fridge in the room, not least because there's no milk for the 2 teabags or 2 instant coffee sachets. We bought our own breakfast stuff at the supermarket, which was much, much better value than the hotel breakfast. We ate on the balcony, which was nice. Area around the property: the hotel is set on what looks like a quiet side street, but which is actually very busy with traffic in the morning and early evening. It's a short walk to the station and the nearest tram stops. There are 2 boulangeries close by, for fresh breakfast croissants. The only real criticism would be the bathroom: it's turn-sideways-small to get into, and the shower is teeny tiny. I'm 5' 4" and 8st 5, and it was hard to move without bumping my elbows, or get the shower gel from bottle to skin without it being washed off. But overall, I'd rate the hotel good to excellent as it almo provided for our needs - we bought our own teabags and coffee bags and washed our own cups

Conveniently located close to tram stop. Short tram ride into old town. Very quiet area and safe as well. Room is descent size and lobby and relaxing area offer great place to sit and relax. Staff were very friendly and our son enjoyed conversing with them. The hotel doesn't have lift (which we know) so something to think about for mobility issues. Overall will definitely recommend this hitel.

Great stay and close to the station

Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms small but clean and adequate. Air conditioning available. Bathrooms were good with good showers. Breakfast a little sparse for what you pay. And the hotel lacks a lift. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is out of the way, a bit, from the tourist areas (although the tram line is very convenient and runs all the time) and a tiny bit "sketchy" (homeless guy sleeping in the vestibule that I had to pass every time I left or returned...). But, there's a nice fruit and vegetable market on Wednesdays right around the corner too. BTW, the beds are HARD !

What an amazing stay! The location was great and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Very happy with the space for 3 people in one room, as well as the upkeep on the room. Would recommend for anyone staying in Nice.

Staff here were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, even provided us with a map and recommended places to visit. Beds were comfy and rooms clean. Close to train station and tram 1 line.

Highly recommend staying here. Service, safety and cleanliness are top notch.

The staff and the hotel were amazing. They did not have a lift but helped us to carry the luggage. We recommend this facility with high marks. I am sure anyone will be happy staying here.
